So, since the thread on "Animated Sprites in Ruby and Fire Red" is over a month old, I thought I would come straight to the source about it. This might sound sorta dumb, but please bear with me.
Ok, so I understand how to repoint the offset and add the line of hex neccessary to make a change; however, you totally lost me on "just add another frame." Would that be like adding a 64x128 image for each sprite like in Emerald, or does each Pokemon need 2 separate sprites in order to have an animation? Again, I know it sounds stupid to be tripped up by this when clearly others are grasping what you mean, but I don't get it. Any help you could give would be greatly appreciated.
