    Apparently an egg must hatch on the game it was bred on otherwise it wont be shiny
    When it hatches it will be shiny on the hatch screen, but then the game confirms the ID and SID and cause they dont match it goes back to non-shiny

    depends how bad you want the 4 points somewhere else
    Cause thats your options, go back to 100 and start again or just keep the 255
    Personally id keep the 255 just because the time and effort in re-training isnt worth 1 stat point at level 100.
    But its your choice
