looking at the frame of the seed you hit (not the initial frame), if it is higher, then use it to subtract your target frame to see how many advances that you really need to do. For example: your target frame is 38 and your initial frame is 28, so you will have to say no to prof. Juniper about 10 times. You did all the steps and you got a wrong ID and you find out that the frame you hit is 48. Then you subtract that frame to your target frame, 48 - 38 = 10 which means you will have to do 10 less advances. 10 - 10 = 0 so restart the game but this time, do not say no to prof. Juniper (about the name, not the gender) and you will get the ID you want. Hope this helps >.<
