I got your Hydregion to level 98 and I really dot wan to keep training it because it will take two E4 + Champions to level up to 100, and I really want to play HG and I need a favor in HG so I have I find someone who would help me. I gave it PP Max to Dragon Pulse & Focus Blast and all you have to do is give it two Rare Candys. Sorry and can we trade now?

Thanks and I pit it on Pokecheck on private and I saw it had a couple 31's and I also saw that it's health EV stats were at 96 or something while it was in level 70 or something. It was easy to train, I did Exp. Share then took it to Giant Chasm to train by itself and it was at a high enough level to defeat the E4 am champion by itself with lucky egg. It was fun to train him and if you want me to finish I can't finish tonight, I have work tomorrow so I'll finish it tomorrow of you want.

I got it to 89 and i gave it Dragon Pulse & Focus Blast and used PP Max on the moves. Do you want it or do you want me to finish? And while i was training it, i was checking the states and i guess i was EV training it in Health. So it was better that i trained it because its states are amazing. (:
