Yes, all Hidden abilities are only obtainable via Dream world, or breeding a female Dream world pokemon. Some of the Hidden abilities are very useful, like exceggcute's Harvest ability, which in combination with sunny day and sitrus berry means he can recover 1/3 of his health every turn and still attack

Drought is the Hidden Dream world ability for vulpix, so unless you get one from dream world it can't have drought. It just takes 10,000+ dream points to get one and i don't feel like waiting that long lol

Since youre good at breeding (or so it seems :P) is this a good moveset for mudkip breeding? Ice beam, sludge wave, surf and hydro pump?

More than likely, the Meloetta and Genesect events will happen in B/W2. However, you can trade normally between B/W and B/W2 since they're the same generation of game, so you can just transfer them that way.
The Keldeo is only available until the day before B/W2 come out actually, and the event is only for the original B/W. If you really want them now, you'll have to find a Japanese player to trade with, or someone who already has traded with a Japanese player.

I've already done most of the babies. I'm not too worried about the legendaries and non-swarm pokemon right now. I'm just working on evolving all of mine and getting the exclusives.

Ya, I'm currently working on breeding and evolving the pokemon I have. I didn't include them on the list, so I really have a lot farther to go haha.
I'm considering getting FireRed and Platinum to help with the rare legendaries. I'm trying to complete at least the Unova dex first though.

So I was in white forest catching some porygons cuz my friends want some too, and after trading them to my second cartridge the infrared messed up and now they appear to have my OT and a random locale for catching spot, me likey, this is helpful since I dont have an action replay.

re-reading the breeding move thing I sorta get it,one of the moves that you listed has to be replaced by leer, I dont like faint attack so replace that one, and sure thing on the pokerus, it sounds "healthy" but yeah I want it, as I only got it in a rom hack or in pokemon pikachu yellow edition

LOL, just waking up I didnt understand most of the breeding stuff, nor have I ever, I know what evs and ivs are though, so I'll let you use your best judgement since I dont breed pokemon into overpowered monsters (not a bad thing) but since I forgot how to get caterpie I googled it, it was on route 12 as a metapod, that's post game! I dont even have my first badge yet on my second cartridge so I will work on that, I got an upgrade so I can trade wifi porygon, I know this is really nooby but I think you arent from america so I do not know how to trade internationally, I can get wifi though as I have done random match up
