Cheat I mean what. Either way I have to agree, what's the point of blocking HM moves anyhow? It's not like you can transfer Pokemon from the previous Gen before beating the game in Gen V anyways. Not only that, you can transfer before you beat the game in Gen VI, where HM moves d0 transfer (I'd assume. I had long beaten the game by the time Bank came to the US *grumbles*)

We would rather report the Surf one as that one was never obtainable in Gen V and as such can't be obtainable legally in Gen VI. And yes, I did know HM moves did work. However, the list is for common hacks and well, it's not very common as of right now. I'll consider it though I'll more than likely add it anyways.

Yep, some legit ones could definitely wind up getting blocked. Something about their code makes Bank think that they're hacked, somehow. :(

Oh, you could get banned from PokéBank? I never knew that. @_@ I always thought that they block your Pokémon and whatnot if they find something illegal, but never really imagined to go that far, haha. It's a good thing, though; hacking should definitely be kept away from people as much as possible. I mean, it should be all right if you do it for personal reasons, but it shouldn't be affecting others' gameplay and whatnot.
