Machinae Supremacy aren't visual kei no, but you mentioned you liked heavier music, and I find them to be quite good. They have a 'gaming/computer' theme behind them. Some of their songs incorporate 8-bit sounds and so on. This song shows it quite well.

Same. I like aggressive sides to music, but only in small doses, I like it melodic as well. xD As far as visual kei goes, I don't know of many vocalists that really over do it with the screaming.

I've heard a lot about NOCTURNAL BLOODLUST but never looked into them. They have a pretty awesome name though. xD I tend to like a mix of singing and screaming in songs.
