Well this dress code apply to a lot of jobs here as well, especially if you are "the face of the company", like if you interact with customer or represent the company at some event. But since I'm usually not that "important" (for lack of a better word) I don't have to dress a certain way. But yesterday there was a big event since For Honor launched and they demanded that we wear our Dev Team shirts.
Well, I do feel like I'll end up helping too much people instead of firmly telling them to offer more, I wish I had an easier time saying no...

I usually keep the usernames from the people trading hacked Pokémon, so I'd never trade with them. It's just so disappointing to get a hacked Pokémon :(

Bredding is a lot of work, and yeah I should remember not to expect people will offer me as much as you do. I'll need to get more firm, because I still want to breed for you (there's a few Pokémon in your section I wanted to do, like the Wishiwashi.).
He's a very cool guy, but since the Jangmo-o is a gift I likely won't put it up in my shop. I'd rather keep my own Shinies and the gifts I get ^-^ of course if I breed a shiny you'll have dibs on it, plus you could nickname it!

Mm-hmm. Any one of those items is fine (with Lure Ball being the priority). Also, in case you're like me and went generations without knowing: a Pokemon with the Synchronize ability at the lead of your party will have any encountered Pokemon have a 50% chance of copying the synchronizer's nature. It'd make nabbing a Modest Celesteela a ton easier, if you still wanted my Mareanie. XD

Also, I checked one Rockruff's IVs, it's only got 3 perfect, with the fourth being either 29 or 30 (says "Fantastic"). But if it makes up for it, I came across an Adamant Cosmog in my Cosmog-collecting adventures. The kicker: it's got perfect IVs, perfect for a Solgaleo. I don't mind lending it to you for cloning. XD

Well the news website in itself has one of the worst layout I've seen in my entire life lol, can't even begin to imagine what the forum looks like. And newbies are everywhere I guess, when the Pokébank came out, a lot of new users made quick trade threads to trade hacked Pokémon...I reported those ^-^;
I really love pastel colours, I wanted to use Sylveon's palette (which is also the colours I used to dye my hair ^-^) and grey is easier on the eyes as a background...I also didn't want to deal with every possible theme there is!

3 of the Pokémon have different OTs. 2 Flawless shinies in a day for one person is weird, but with Magikarp Swap, not really impossible. The other 2 seem unrelated. Here are the OT/ID:

In Canada there is usually way less stock than the other Countries. Here it's hard to get a 3DS Charger in a store, can you imagine? I got confused looks when I asked for an Action Replay a few years ago. No employees knew what it was.
Of this year, yeah. All Alola born, there's really nothing else that seems out of the ordinary. I know there's a new thing that makes Shiny breeding waaaaay easier, the Magikarp Swap thing.. But it's an exploit so iDK maybe 3 people had a lot of time Thurday the 2nd...RNG abuse doesn't work anymore I think.
Well it may be a few, but it's maybe 90% of the Shinies I traded... Sadly all for legit Pokémon. Just got a Shiny event Pikachu with Surf. I was excited until I saw they were impossible :(

They're all hatched on febuary 2nd. Doesn't seem like a reset or anything, it's pretty recent and there is no other sign of hack. :/
Well I really love doing random Trades and Wonder Trades, and in X I got maybe two hacks, and they were pretty obvious. (Like a Lv. 1 Shiny Ho-Oh in a Dream Ball...) otherwise all I got was fine. Now if I count those 4 weird date Shinies, my count of hacked Pokémon recieved so far is around 8 or 9.

Yeah when I got the package I was like "what is this??.... Ooooh right I ordered that". I would've used priority mail for the Powersaves but it wasn't even avaliable :(
Also some shinies I got and thought were perfectly legit seems to be really sketchy... I got, from 3 different people, 4 flawless shinies. Twist is they all hatched the same date.... That's like, either a weirs coincidence or an effect of some hack.
Banning OT and IDs could be ok for the Pokémon already hacked, but people would just restart their game I think. I do feel like there is way more hacked Pokémon in this gen than before :'(

I don't usually buy from the UK but it's getting close to 2 weeks... From the US it takes 2 to 5 days. Got something from Japan once and it took 2 months hahaha.
Yeah it would be kinda sad if they banned us for being traded hacked Pokémon... Mine are really blatant, like a Shiny female Chikorita, perfect IV... In a Friend Ball, from Kalos. :|or a perfect Lv. 99 Shiny Deerling in a Love Ball :(

It's fine that it too a bit longer, it's fine by me.

I will surely let you know If I breed something interesting - I am usually breeding for shiny competitive, and as preparation I breed perfect non-shiny version of that pokemon before, that's why I am left with so many good "breedjects".
