You mean TSV? You can ask Mikazuki, he may be able to check your TSV for you. If he can't help you, you'll have to go on Reddit probably. Basically when your Trainer Shiny Value matches an unhatched Egg's value, it will hatch Shiny. You need a hacked 3DS to check for those.

no i don't atm...i don't have one myself either. the HA whirlipede is only catchable in the friend safari in X as far as i am aware and logically that has to be a bug safari (edit..i just checked serebii..they claim it must be a poison safari). i haven't played through the entire game yet so i am not sure till i have played through the whole game..i can try to finish the game tomorrow :( sorry!
