As for my profile background: all you need to do is create an album from your control panel and upload the picture you want as a background there. Then go to your profile customization settings and enter the url for the image in the "Background Image" box under the Main section.

Not sure I see the point of a clan on PC if you're doing it all off of PC, but regardless, my initial feeling is you should just PM the info to people in the clan. :/ If the mod(s) of the forum say it's okay to display that in your thread though, then it should be fine.
