umm, is this any better? I got rid of the lake and tried to make it more less squarish, I also show where the trainers are just so people know. :)
look a lot better, imo. See? you could improve it after all. You still need some tweaks here and there, because it's still somewhat square, but still, definately better.
8/10.

Well, about the tiles, are are fine, I don't mind stuff like that...
Now, you made it the natural type, eh? Maybe you should lessen the wide space at some points where there's just snow, and you'll be alright.
Oh, and careful to the points where you see the border.See ya on msn

Comments: A map I made for my hack, Pokemon Aragonite. There are errors, that i fixed, but the map got deleted off the rom, so this is all i got

You say that you fixed the errors, so am I supposed to overlook them?
Well, if so, the rest of the map seems okay, except from the fact that placing the signpost there and making a roundabout with the grass path makes it look weird.
Also, if that's the whole map, then you need to watch out for the border.
Not counting the tile errors, it's a 6/10
Counting them, drops to 4.5/10. Good luck with your hack.
 
Ok, first map is 4.5/10 cause it's plain empty and all you have done from the nintendo map is take the rivals house and swap it with the lab, and make the path disappear.

second, i'm sorry but it is a complete failure, 1/10. All you have done is draw a random path leading to god knows where, sorry but you messed up misty's gym like bad...


Don't worry, practise makes perfect. The more you practise the better you will get.

Here's a cave I made for my Ruby romhack. You get to this from a ladder in Scorched Slab after you become the champion. Most of the dead ends have rare items, and the cave in the center has a Lv.30 Jirachi.

My word! This map looks pretty annoying >.> First of all the playability is so horrid looking for this map as you have barely room to walk with all those rocks cluttered everywhere to form a sub par maze which will be one of the most annoying Pokemon things to do ever (IMO). So many annoying wild cave battles etc. Then that semi open spot in the bottom left and virtually unrocky upper levels make it seem almost man made. Another thing which annoys me is the difference of mapping style around the map. Nothing maintains consistency.

3/10; Remap please :(

That's one BIG cave map. If it's supposed to be complicated, then you've most certainly reached your goal. 9/10 for not using any paths or anything else decorative

Umm, well at it's current state i would say 4/10

take out the VERY ANNOYING ROCKS and i would consider passing it.

And seriously the random rocks are really annoying.

I didn't use any otehr tiles since my PC isn't capable of inserting tiles... crappy thing, so don't mark down for tiles. If you must, try thinking of the map as if it used Kyledove ones... lol

Uh, you must be German or something...well, your map seems adequate. Maybe too boring at some points, but overal it's fine. Unless you have custom tiles for tree shading, too.

Well, omega, your maps seems really great! good playability, and fun to wander around. I'm a fan of original tiles, but that's not the point. You get 9/10 because you have some tile errors on the tree shading, here and there.

Well, seems rather cute as it is (what are those mailboxes for again?)
You should note though, that some trees should use the shading tile block.

Personally, I find nothing wrong with it. :P Plus, the high vegatation fits the theme well, but I'm just not a fan of Fire Red tiles. I'll ignore that though, 9.99/10. ;] Juuust so you can't say you got a 10. :P

Simple yet nice. You've got to work on the tree shadows. And what's with those mail boxes?
I am not sure, but I think you can see the border from the building at the top right.
I don't see any tile errors.

Thank you very much. I don't quite understand tree shadows though. Also, the mailboxes are for the people who live in the apartment complex. And the border block works, so it doesn't matter. Any suggestions?

I see. (@ mailboxes)

Well, the shading is used to trees that are bent together, but with no side of them being interactive with the player. Also, the bases of the trees must have the shaded base tile when there are trees adjusted on a line. Good luck.
