Yes, it is hacked.

A good rule of thumb to follow: Mew can't be shiny.

No, there hasn't been any proof of a shiny legit Mew from the original ticket handed out at the event.

Yes, it's hacked. You can't have a flawless Bold legendary, lol. Ask for a refund from whoever you got it from cause it's likely they have more hacks.

Its a Hack
Newmoon Darkrais can only be met in Platinum at lvl 50.
Yours obviously was met in DP
