Unfortunately, that renders your Challenge run invalid. You were only supposed to use the 3 Legendaries as both the title and the first rule clearly suggest and state.
There's no use going through the trouble of obtaining those Legendaries for your run if you're gonna use other Pokémon as well.
Seems that you missed the point of the Challenge entirely.
Feel free to sign up again and do it right this time.

It's a bit funny how when people are supposed to use Legendaries in a challenge, they suddenly lose interest xD since I see them asking about Legendaries in challenges that don't allow them a lot xD

Also I would like to turn both my challenges into singles. My legendary birds challenge on Pokemon Yellow, which I already completed, and my legendary beasts challenge on Pokemon Crystal.

Just something small to share with you guys. I started up the challenge today, and was getting my codes set to capture my legendaries. I kept getting into random battles before I could get everything set up, and guess what showed up. A shiny Pidgey! And I couldn't capture it, because it was so early in the game, I didn't even have Pokeballs yet D:
