And I understood your reference with Africa the Totodile!

A Nuzlocke with limited Pokemon Center heals is going to be super difficult. Unlimited heals at a Center make it easy for me when it comes to training my Pokemon for Nuzlockes. And it'll be more difficult for you in the beginning parts of the game when you don't have as much money to get items.

Good luck on this! Hopefully your second run continues to be okay!

Just skip healing items, but allow unlimited pokemon center visits. Otherwise you'll keep dying tbh XD
