The Coven - Town Wins!

Summary:
A voodoo master who can control the actions of others.
Abilities:
You may choose to Control someone each night.
Attributes:
Your victim will know they are being controlled.
With the Necronomicon, your victim is attacked and you gain immunity.
You will know the role of the player you control.
Goal:
Kill all who would oppose the Coven.
? The Coven Leader chooses two people per night. The first target is controlled and uses its night ability on the second target.
? Like the Witch, the Coven Leader only visits their first target, not their second.
? You will see anything that happens to the person you control (for instance, if they are intercepted by a Bodyguard, Ambusher, or Crusader; you will also be told the role that intercepted them).
? The Coven Leader is immune to role blocks.
? Your Necronomicon attacks apply to your first target, not your second.
? If the Coven Leader has the Necronomicon and controls a Bodyguard to visit themselves, both the Coven Leader and the Bodyguard will die.
? If an Amnesiac remembers the role of Coven Leader, they will not automatically gain the Necronomicon if another Coven member possess it. They will have to wait until the coven member dies.

Summary
You are an experienced alchemist with potent recipes for potions.
Abilities
You may choose to use a potion on a player each night.
Attributes
You may choose to use a Heal, reveal, or attack potion on a player.
Each potion has a three day cooldown.
With the Necronomicon, your potions no longer have a cooldown.
This role can select between three potions to use: a healing potion, a revealing potion, and an attacking potion. Each of the potions has a three-day cooldown, but with the Necronomicon the cooldowns for the potions are removed.
? The attacking potion will deal an attack to the target.
? The healing potion will heal your target from attacks for that night.
? The revealing potion will tell you your target's role for that night.

Summary
A snake haired monster gifted with a gaze that turns people to stone leaving no trace of who they were.
Abilities
You may choose to Stone Gaze all visitors at night.
Attributes
You may choose to stone gaze three times.
With the Necronomicon, you may visit players and turn them to stone.
Goal
Kill all those who would oppose the Coven.
Mechanics
? The Medusa has the ability to Stone Gaze, which will turn any visitors to Stone. When turned to Stone, the user's role cannot be viewed, similar to a Janitor's clean. With the Necronomicon, you can visit people and turn them to stone.
? When using your Stone Gaze, anyone who visits you will be turned into stone.
? Your Stone Gaze is a powerful attack, so it will pierce Immunity
? However, unlike a Veteran, you do not have Immunity while your gaze is activated, so you will also die if a killing role visits you.
? You may only use your ability 3 times.
? People who have turned to Stone will not have their roles shown, similar to the Janitor.
? Role blockers, such as the Escort or Consort, who visit the Medusa during a self-targeting Stone Gaze will be turned to stone. Otherwise, Medusa isn't roleblock immune when visiting with the Necronomicon.

A spell slinger with a proficiency in hexes.
Abilities
You may choose to hex a player each night.
Attributes
With the Necronomicon you gain Astral* and Basic attacks.
Players are still Hexed when you have the Necronomicon.
*Astral attacks mean your visits will not trigger any mechanic that relies on you visiting a player. This includes Lookouts, Trackers, Veterans, Bodyguards, Trappers, Crusaders, Ambushers, Plaguebearer, Pestilence, Werewolf and Medusa.
Goal
Kill all who would oppose the Coven.
? The Hex Master is a Coven role with the ability to Hex one player each night.
? When all the non-Coven players left alive have been hexed, all Hexed players will die (in an Unstoppable attack).
? Players are not told that they are hexed. Hexing a player can be stopped by a Bodyguard. You will trigger a Trap but won't die from it.
? Players who are hexed will appear to the Sheriff as a Coven member.
? Players who are hexed (or framed, for that matter) will show up under the Hex Master's investigative results.
? With the Necronomicon, you are no longer considered visiting anytime you Hex so you can get around any role that sees visits or attacks visitors.
? This means that the Hex Master with the Necronomicon won?t die to a Werewolf that attacks their target, and can get around the protection of roles like the Bodyguard. And it will deal a Basic Attack to them - people that were previously Hexed will still be Hexed.

You are a women who lives in the woods and has a knowledge of poisonous plants.
Abilities
You may choose to poison a player each night.
Attributes
Your poisons take one day to take effect.
Poison can be removed by Heals.
With the Necronomicon, your poison can no longer be Healed.
Goal
Kill all those who would oppose the Coven.
? The Poisoner?s attack is a delayed Basic attack that takes one day to take effect and can be cured by any heal after the initial visit.
? Players will know that they are poisoned.
? With the Necronomicon, poisoning can no longer be cured.
? Any temporary defense, such as jailing a player or protecting them as the Bodyguard, other than healing does nothing to stop a poison once you are poisoned.
? On the other hand, poisoning a player will register as an attack, so any defense at the time of attack higher than none will stop the poison's effect.

You are a failed Retributionist who has a grudge against the Town.
Abilities
You may reanimate a dead player and use their ability on a player.
Attributes
Create zombies from dead players who use their abilities on your second target.
Each zombie can be used once before it rots.
With the Necronomicon, you can summon a ghoul to perform a Basic attack against your target by selecting yourself.
Goal
Kill all who would oppose the Coven.
? The Necromancer is a Coven Evil role who can control the corpses of dead players to use their ability on their second target. The corpse then rots, allowing only one use of a corpse.
? When you have the Necronomicon, you can select yourself to summon a demon to attack your target. Otherwise, the selected target uses its ability on the second target.
? Note in that case: a Medusa has no effect.
? You do not visit your second target, so you won't be affected by a Veteran on alert, a Crusader, a Bodyguard, a Trapper's trap, an Ambusher, and so on. However, you do see anything that happens to your ghoul, so if they encounter one, you will know.
? If your target was an Amnesiac, the message, "An Amnesiac has remembered that they were like the Amnesiac." will be displayed to the Town. This does not seem to depend on the role of the second target.
? You cannot control a dead player if they have been stoned or if their role was cleaned.
? You cannot control a dead player that has no remaining night uses, such as a Vigilante.
? You have Role block Immunity meaning that you will be able to control a corpse even if a Pirate, Escort or Consort role blocks you.

You are a skilled tracker who will follow their prey to any destination.
Abilities
Track one person at night to see who they visit.
Attributes

Goal
Lynch every criminal and evildoer.
? The Tracker can select one target at night to see who the target visits.
? If the target does not visit anyone or visits themselves, the Tracker will receive no notification.
? If the target does visit another player, the Tracker will see "Your target visited [other player's name]!"
? You will not know the action performed on another player if the target visits another player, unless it is revealed the next day, such as they were killed, poisoned, etc.

A powerful seer with a gift for finding one's secrets.
Abilities
Receive a vision every night.
Attributes
On odd nights you will have a vision of three players, at least one will be Evil.
On even nights you will have a vision of two players, at least one will be Good.
Goal
Lynch every criminal and evildoer.
? If you are jailed or role blocked, you will not receive a vision.
? You may receive a vision that a revealed Mayor is good, effectively wasting it.
? On a non-Full Moon night, you get one or more evils among the three players, while on a Full Moon night, you get one person or two people that are good. Therefore, the Full Moon results doesn't allow you to find evils but it helps to confirm a Townie.
? Clarification: good = Townie, bad = anything else.
? For unknown reasons, Survivor shows up as "good". It is unknown if other Neutral Benign roles show up as good too.

Investigate one person each night for a clue on their role.
(You will get 2-5 roles as a clue, one will be the right role, the others will be similar, but not the role)
Lookout:
Watch a person each night to see who visits them.
Sheriff:
Check one person each night to see if they are Coven, Mafia, Serial killer, or Werewolf. The Godfather will come up as innocent.

You may choose one person during the day to jail for the night
(The Jailor gets three chances to execute if he or she executes an innocent they can no longer execute anyone, there will be a private chat for the jailed and me, I will be the speaker for the jailor so no names are revealed. The Jailor may ask for roles and choose if he believes them or not.)
The Jailor may not execute on Night 0

Check for Vampires each night.
(You may check one person each night, if they are a Vampire you stake them and kill them.)

Decide if you go on alert at night and kill whoever visits you.
(You will have 3 chances at an alert, there are no consequences to killing an innocent, so be careful!)

Choose to take justice into your own hands and shoot someone at night.
(You have three bullets, if you shoot an innocent you will kill yourself the next night)

A divine protector whose skills in combat are only matched by the miracles he performs.
Abilities
Protect one person during the night.
Attributes
Grant your target Powerful defense.
You will know if your target is attacked.
You attack one person who visits your target on the same night.
You do not attack Vampires, but you do block their attacks.
Goal
Lynch every criminal and evildoer.
? During the night phase, the Crusader may select a target to protect. The Crusader may not choose to protect himself.
? The Crusader will kill one person who visits their protected target, no matter which role the visiting role may be.
? Unlike the Bodyguard, the Crusader will not die protecting a target and as a result may continue protecting targets at night.
? The protected target will not receive a notification about being protected, unless the protected target is attacked that night.
? A protected target who is attacked will receive a notification stating, ?You were attacked but someone protected you!?
? If the Crusader's target is attacked, he will receive a notification stating, ?Your target was attacked last night!"

You are an intelligent woodsman with a knack for traps.
Abilities
You may set up a Trap at another player's house.
Attributes
Traps take one day to build.
Traps can be torn down by selecting yourself at night.
You may only have one Trap out at a time.
Goal
Lynch every criminal and evildoer.
As a Town Protective role, the Trapper has the ability to place traps at a player?s house that will trigger on any visit. If the visiting player intended harm, the trap will use a Powerful attack against the player and reveal the role of the player visiting. If the visit did not harm the player, it will still trigger but only reveal the role of the player visiting.
? It takes one night to build a trap, so you can never place a trap on night one.
? Traps persist until they are activated by a role visiting or deactivated by the Trapper.
? The Trapper dying does not deactivate their trap. If you're roleblocked while building a trap, you must wait another night to set your trap.
? Your trap remains until they are triggered, even after you die.
? Your trap has no negative effects on peaceful Townies, however they do perform a Powerful attack to harmful visitors like a Vigilante.
? Your trap will give a Powerful Defense to your target.
? Your trap can trigger and attack the night you have set it up.
? You will know the roles who visited your trapped target.
? The Hex Master with the Necronomicon will still kill the person with a trap on.

Protect one person each night.
(If a hostile role attacks your target you die instead, but you also take the attacker with you. Bodyguards have one vest to use. If they use that vest and they are attacked, they do not die. )

Heal one person each night.
(You also have one self-heal to use on yourself to keep from dying.)

Distract someone each night.
(Distracting or roleblocking is when the target of an Escort or Consort is unable to use their intended role ability, and do nothing instead. Other Escorts or Consorts can?t be roleblocked. If an Escort or Consort visits the Serial killer they will be killed instantly. The Transporter cannot be roleblocked.)

You may revive a dead town member Once

Choose two people to switch places.
(Ex: If someone is targeted by the Mafia and that targeted person is transported, they will be replaced by the second transported person. The Transporter may transport himself with another person as well.)

You are an acolyte of Pestilence who spreads disease among the Town.
Abilities
You may choose to infect a player with the Plague each night.
Attributes
Players will not know they have been infected.
When all living players are infected you become Pestilence.
Goal
Infect all living players and become Pestilence.
? The Plaguebearer spreads the Plague through visiting and being visited. The Plaguebearer can visit someone once per night.
? You can't visit the people who are already infected by the Plague, therefore, you don't need to keep a track on who was infected.
? The Plague is also spread by visiting and being visited with infected players.
? Infected players will not know they have been infected.
? Once all players are infected, the Town is told that Pestilence has been summoned.
? Once the Plaguebearer turns into Pestilence, Horseman of the Apocalypse, it gains Invincible defense and Powerful rampaging attacks.
? You will know who's been infected each night.

You are an acolyte of Pestilence who spreads disease among the Town.
Abilities
-You may choose to Rampage at a player's house each night.
Attributes
-You will attack anyone who visits you or your target.
-You cannot be role blocked or controlled.
-If you are jailed you will attack the Jailor.
Goal
Kill all who would oppose you.
? Pestilence, Horseman of the Apocalypse has a Powerful attack and is Invincible. It will attack anyone who visits it and rampage every night at another player's house attacking his visitors and himself until it is the only player left.
? If an Amnesiac remembers Pestilence, they will remember Plaguebearer and will turn if all people are infected (the only way someone wouldn't be infected is through being revived) and not before the end of the following night.
? The only way to kill Pestilence (after the Plaguebearer is evolved) is by lynching.
? If you are jailed as Pestilence, then you will kill the Jailor, similar to to the Werewolf on a full moon and the Serial Killer.
? You cannot be killed at night by any means. Some less obvious cases that are worth highlighting:
? You cannot be killed by a Jester's haunting.
? You will survive the triggering of a Hex Master's hex.
? An Arsonist ignite cannot burn you.
? If an Amnesiac remembers Pestilence, becomes Pestilence, and wins, both Pestilences will win.

You are a swashbuckler with an obsession of gold.
Abilities
Choose a player to plunder each night.
Attributes
When you plunder a player, you will duel the player for their valuables.
If the player defends against your attack, you get no loot.
Goal
Successfully plunder two players.
Depending on the selected attack or defense method, the outcome of plundering will vary.
This is similar to rock, paper, scissors.
The pirate has 3 choices: Scimitar, Rapier, and Pistol.
The Target also has three choices: Sidestep, Chainmail, and Backpedal
When Plundering:

? You cannot attempt to plunder the same player twice in a row, unless your plunder attempt was blocked by the target being in jail.
? Your target will be role-blocked the night they are dueled.
If the Target is successfully plundered, the Target is dead.

You must trick the town into lynching your target.
(Your target is always going to be an innocent townie. If your target dies you become a Jester. If you successfully lynch your target you win.
The game does not end though. You may choose who you want to aid in winning. As an Executioner you are immune to vig shots, serial killer attacks, and attacks from the mafia. You can be killed by the Werewolf You lose that immunity when you become a jester.)

Trick the town into lynching you.
(If you are successfully lynched, you may haunt and kill one person who voted you. If you are lynched you win.)
