I remember how people used to speculating about Pokémon following you in Black/White before it got released and speculating that it had an option to turn it off, but it never happened.

Probably the same thing would happen for Pokémon X and Pokémon Y as well, but I would really like to see the Pokémon following you, like they did in HeartGold Version and SoulSilver Version. Or maybe even just for a certain place?

While I doubt we'll ever see the Follow Me feature again <sadface>, I'd like to at least have each of the 700+ Pokémon (new 'mons included) follow me around at least once. However, that would require me completing my entire PokéDex, so I'd probably just keep it to my favorites and currently captured.

I've been waiting for the follow-me feature since after the release of HG/SS! I'd love to see it in the new games, although I don't know if it'd look as good because the games would be in 3D. In reality, it'd probably look better than the 2D version, but who knows! As for the Pokemon I'd choose to follow me, it'd probably be Gyarados. xD

i would love to have this feature back, but there is some doubt that they wont bring it back in these games. But i would love to have my Blaziken, Crobat, Charizard, and/or Umbreon follow me

I hope they bring it back.. I doubt it though :( I want my Arcanine following me in 3D .^_^.

I always liked my Lugia following me in SoulSilver, so if I could get a Lugia in XY that would be awesome! Otherwise, I'm not too fussy, I just want the follow me feature back in general.

If it does come back, I imagine I'll be getting my Glaceon to follow me around most of the time. I would feel a bit weird having a pokémon that wasn't dog-like following me for whatever reason and while Glaceon is not my favourite eeveelution, I think it would look the best. Outside of that, I don't know. Walking around with a Wailord in tow could be amusing.

I'd really like for a Pikachu/Meowth to follow me actually, or a Cyndaquil, They are so cute!, i really hope for Gamefreak to add the Follow me Feature again.

Yes I want the Follow-Me feature back. They should've kept it in the game since Yellow.

I'd let all of the Pokemon I currently have with me and alternate with each one, same with Soul Silver.

If they can't do them all then at least have the starters plus evolutions...

I love the beforementioned riding feature. And to add on top of that, actually flying on the pokmeon istead of a little animation. I mean like the blimp in the DQ games. Now THAT would make me first in line at GameStop. (Not that I won't be already >.<)

I want this only if they keep the real sizes. If they shrink Pokemon, then it's fake and I don't want it in my game or at least an option to turn it off. I want my Wailord in his full size to follow me!

hahaa you wouldn't be able to see your character you will just have your screen filled with Wailord's booty xD

I would love the follow me feature to return, my first time playing HG/SS I didnt buy a bike because then i couldn't see my Amphy following me

I want the first Pokemon in our party to follow us. Just like what they did with HG/SS. That was really one of the best features of the game. Imagine a Yveltal following you around ^.^

Or even riding on Xerneas's back :D

yes! riding pokemon would be great! riding the Y legendary around would be really fun. the follow feature sounds like it would be kind of hard. if you have any pokemon you size or bigger, you won't be able to see your self.

That would be so cool seeing the player riding on Xerneas's back, or even flying on Yveltal's back. I could just imagine while it's following you, you interact with it and choosing to ride on the Legendary Pokémon. That would be just beyond amazing. ^^
