[Completed] Pokemon Titan (16 gyms demo)

I see people saying this game now has full English release? Don't know if I did something wrong but I downloaded it and still quite a lot in a language I don't understand including moves it's like a mix of both
 
So do I understand correctly that this game is not playable despite being complete?
 
Do not play I guess. Translation is bad and the fullscreen is broken. Also, PBS__Updater shows as a virus on 24/68 on virustotal (edcd4ea1319c72e5b3f1f3c507f483d430ba16ef5560ae2b58704041ea66012a) which may or may not matter.
