I see people saying this game now has full English release? Don't know if I did something wrong but I downloaded it and still quite a lot in a language I don't understand including moves it's like a mix of both

Do not play I guess. Translation is bad and the fullscreen is broken. Also, PBS__Updater shows as a virus on 24/68 on virustotal (edcd4ea1319c72e5b3f1f3c507f483d430ba16ef5560ae2b58704041ea66012a) which may or may not matter.

It is playable, but it's a very old fan game and the first from Eric Lostie (a Spanish fan game creator). The game didn't age well according to him, and it is (or was?) being remastered. If you look at his website https://lostiefangames.blogspot.com/p/completo-descarga-httpswww.html he recommends playing his more recent projects instead.
