Go to "Check Mystery Gifts" in PokePortal. See if it claims you got Mew.
Other than that, double-check every box? Might be in a weird box. Takes a while to load images sometimes. Cannot use the Search feature to find Mew specifically either, for the record. (Could search for Psychic types, however.)
