Introduction
Welcome to the second round of HotY 2008! In this round we have category voting where you vote for which hack out of the top 10 (from round one) you think is deserving of each award. Theres quite a diverse selection of categories but you'll only get to vote for one hack for each category so make sure you think about it before you vote! The hack you think has the most innovative and interesting feature(s). - Best Newcomer
You can vote for any hack for this category, it is not limited to the top 10. The most impressive new hack.
