I regret to say I am at a loss for time for the forseeable future and must regretfully withdraw from this challenge

no problem.... except for that drapion..... i hate rare pokemon in the great marsh!!!
i hope t doesnt turn out like when i was trying to catch croagunk and three days straight couldnt find him.... turns out i was looking in the wrong area -_-'
 
SO I finally completed my soulsilver run.

Beat red, with 2 pokemon surviving. [Umbreon and arbok]

Playtime - 31h:03s
Final team:

Kingler, Lv 69
Jynx, Lv 69
Haunter, Lv 65
Skarmory, Lv 68
Umbreon, Lv 72
Arbok, Lv 71

I did quite a lot of grinding to ensure I beat red on the first attempt.

I wasn't a huge fan of Jynx before this playthrough, but the ugly bugger grew on me. Saved me multiple times with sleephax.

Xatu replaced with Kadabra (alakazam if you can evolve)
 
Well, starting today, I adopted this challenge as my own.

I'm likin the sound of that! If one or two other assigned teams are anything to go off of, I can safely get dragonite and crobat since Dragonite fills another one of my criteria. Either way, I accept that team.
 
Nice to see people are still interested in the challenge. I might give it a go again, It'd give me a reason not to play animal crossing.

I accept this team, the only Pokémon I don't really like is Vespiquen. But whatever, when I use her she will probably be quite useful.
