Lore:
There was once a trio of legendary Pokémon who believed in battling the selfishness and greed of the Humans who used Pokémon for their own cruel purposes. They gave home to Pokémon who were forced to fight against others for sport, Pokémon who were abandoned and set aside and Pokémon who had their moves replaced with ones of lower base power. These legendaries were named the Swords of Justice. There was Virizion, calm and trusting; knowing that not all humans were selfish, who excelled in swordplay. Terrakion, stern and protective; doing anything for the others, who had raw power. Cobalion, solemn and respectful; the leader of the three, who possessed a iron will.
But not even the most virtuous of Pokémon are immune to differences and mistrust...
Plot:
Cobalion, Terrakion and Virizion have split up and started their own 'clans' due to not being able to solve differences and Keldeo has left, scared by his mentors' qurrels. If you have read Warriors (cats) or at least understand how the clans work, The Swords of Justices' groups will work similarly. If you haven't, that's fine!
Cobalion's Group (No name yet)
Goals+Beliefs- To do what each thinks right and to always persist against things in your way
Flaws- As a group they complain alot and take forever to make decisions as some have different ideals.
Common Types: Steel, Psychic and Electric
Common Personalities: Hot-Headed Defenders and a few honor bound strategists
Terrakion's Group (No name yet)
Goals+Beliefs- That raw power exceeds all other things and that everything is perfect the first time
Flaws- They are extremely inpatient and have a 2-second attention span, and the memory of a goldeen
Common Types- Rock, Fire, and Ice
Common Personalities- Reckless Berserkers that want to pummel everything to death and some loyal protective supports
Virizion's Group (No name yet)
Goals+Beliefs- Everyone is fighting on the wrong side, they should be on their side instead (yes this is the brat group)
Flaws- Taking suspicion and assuming the worst
Common Types: Grass, Water and Poison
Common Personalities: Cunning special defenders and a couple 'therapists..?'

Fighters (What? It's practically a war)
Fighter Support (Depends on Group)

How the RP will Function:
-This is going to be one of those RPs who could fit in the Pokémon timeline and everything. In this case, it will take place between HGSS and BW.
-You may pick to be a Pokémon or a Trainer. If you are a Pokémon, you may pick to be 2 pokémon. If you are a Trainer, you can only be one. Buuut... You can also control a pokémon that will be your starter.
-If you are a Pokémon, you don't have to have one of the common types of a group, but the Pokémon has to fit the theme of the group. E.g., A Guts Facade Swellow could be in Terrakion's group, with Flame Orb slowly whittling it's health down but it has STAB, Guts and Facade to do loads of damage
-If you want to be a leader (A Sword of Justice), You can also pick a name for the group; or you can make it someone else's problem.
-You are allowed to be a Pokémon from any generation
-If you are a TRAINER, you can pick your starter. It will be Lvl 5, has to be non-evolved, and has to be able to evolve.
-Post at least once a week. Otherwise, you're out.
