Pretty much sprinting to the finish line. Since the boss is still asleep, using Lily's Ice Cream is a waste. As such, using Absorb to suck some life back is what I'd do. Susato and Robin will Attack Simisear using Secret Power and Hidden Power respectively. Rest of the group will be sprinting to get into position for Round 10, hence I'm thinking something along the lines of this:

In Round 10, Susato and Robin will be backing off(and maybe Lily too) as the rest of the team takes their place on the front lines. If Simisear wakes up, Lily would be inclined to use her Ice Cream to try and speed things along, although she doesn't have to. I estimate us finishing this bout by Round 11 or so. Unicorn can lower his Physical Defense with Rock Smash, making the moves we have left stronger. Might also use Susato's final use of Helping Hand.

*Edit* Anyone going to post their moves or what? I estimate for Round 9 that we knock down Simisear to about 100 HP, perhaps less depending on how much damage Robin and Lily do. If Susato does anywhere near what he did last round, we're looking at roughly 112(give or take a few HP) plus w/e damage our not very effective attacks yield. The more we do the better because based on where everyone is slated to move in the plan above will allow Susato to use Helping Hand in Round 10 to boost Unicorn, Glacier, Mercy, Robin AND Lily's attack for that round. Unfortunately Robin has no offensive moves left and everything Lily has is not very effective so yielding to everyone else is the prudent move. Meaning if Alex moves to Lily's spot to use Bite, he'll do 15-20 damage despite not having his Attack boosted. Mercy moves behind him to use Shadow Sneak, dealing 25-30 damage. If we take the bare minimum estimates: 15 + 25 + 20 + 30 = 90 damage, its quite possible that we come close, if not succeeding in KOing the boss in Round 10.

Lily: The plan sounds good but as I am only a small Petilil I will be doing meagre damage to the Fire Monkey but need to usw Absorb so I can hit him with something.

Lily and Mercy aren't the only active ones. Epilogue was active too until he fell. Plus you forgot our Alolan Vulpix who has been active ever since rejoining the fray in Round 4. Hasn't been on in a couple days but give him a bit more time to respond. Besides his move is basically sprint to get in position to attack in Round 10.
