About Fifteen minutes after I beat them at their base, I learn they've messed with the radio tower in Goldenrod. (How'd they regroup so quickily?)
Went to goldenrod, trashed Team rocket, while listening to their theme music on the radio.
Slowpoke evovled into Slowbro.
got clear bell.
Ignored the presence at the Tin tower for now.
Went through Ice Path.
Beat Clair in blackthorn city.
She whined and wouldn't give me the badge. (Ya sore Loser!)
Went through a quiz.
Obtained badge after threatening and Lance came into the equation.
Als have a possible Dratini in the wing, though I doubt it.
Realized my pokemon are underleveled.(37-39; The E4's have at least 40-45.)

Kanto Update #2:

Player: Grey
After obtaining the Silph Scope I went back to Lavender Town's Pokémon Tower, where I caught a Gastly who'd later evolve to Haunter
I saved Mr. Fuji, and was given the PokéFlute in return.

Then I went back to Saffron City and realized that the suspicious activities had been caused by Team Rocket, and that they had taken over Silph Co.
Before helping out however, I decided to further train Haunter in the Fighting Dojo where they offered me a Pokémon which I kindly declined :P
When I felt ready I went to Silph Co. and began my battle Rocket by Rocket
Taught TM26 Earthquake to Nidoking in the process, but right before going up to meet with Giovanni someone else appeared… FISH!

VS Fish After beating Fish I proceeded to face the man behind Team Rocket once more: Giovanni!

VS Giovanni After beating Giovanni I made my way to Fuchsia City in order to challenge Koga, the ninja and poison master, obtaining HM02 Fly on the way :D

VS Koga After beating my idol, I decided I was ready to fight my greatest challenge in terms of typing… Sabrina!

My MVP! It could even stand Red's Charizard's Flamethrower. Leech Seed+Stun Spore+Tons of Full Restores works really well, and Headbutt,with a chance of flinching, doesn't give the oponnent good chances to attack. Leftovers+Leech Seed for HP recovery too, it was the tank of the team.

I went ahead and completed Prof. Birch's request to go for [something] from Mr. Pokémon, as I was on my way back he called me and said something bad had happened asking me to hurry up, as I was on my way I battled some trainer who had apparently stolen one of Prof. Birch's Pokémon, Chikorita, and battled him…

VS ??? However, I couldn't stop him from running away…
When I got back I told the cops his name was Fish and now they're on the lookout for him

After this I went ahead and got permission to start my own journey, on the way to Violet City I caught a Bellsprout and a Zubat
I then reached training enlightment along with my two Pokémon and visited the Ruins of Alph before it became night and I caught a Gastly and a Spinarak
I then decided to battle my first test: Falkner!

VS Falkner After fighting Falkner I made my way down to Azalea Town obtaining a Poison Barb on the way and attacked a faction of Team Rocket that were causing a ruckus in the peaceful town
Then I decided to challenge Azalea Town's Gym, and beat everyone in there until I got up to their leader…

VS Bugsy After beating Bugsy I decided to move on and go to the forest, but I got stopped by none other than Fish, who asked me about Team Rocket, however, as soon as tried to catch him he pulled a Pokéball on me, so I did the same…

Seeing as I'll be getting HgSs tomorrow, I may be getting into this again. SoulSilver will be for the 'regular' playthrough, and HeartGold will be for Monotypes. ^_^

And on another note, one of these days I think I'll be updating the first post again. Not with entrants' names, however, but with a new appearance. Additionally, I'll be pruning some of the names in Kanto, taking off those who posted the start of their journey and never came back. XD

Poison Update #4:

After beating Fish I headed to Ilex Forest where I received HM01 Cut from a grateful person I helped out,
I continued to make my way north before realizing that I could actually catch a Nidoran (m) in this game, so I decided to ditch Spinarak as soon as I got to Goldenrod
After walking around town a bit my egg hatched giving birth to a Togepi, I told Prof. Elm about this and he told me to show him, so I shoved it in the PC :P
Then I went up to Route 35 continuing to beat random trainers as I trained my Pokeymanz, AND caught that Nidoran :)
Trained my Pokes a bit more until I decided to challenge the local Gym

VS Whitney After [finally] receiving my badge, I healed my Pokémons, and got a Squirtbottle to go plant shat, and next thing I know some tree's attacking me like "WTFMAN?" (so I destroyed him :P)
Then I headed back to New Bark Town and showed the hatched Pokémon to Prof. Elm, who didn't care and gave me an Everstone
Made Bellsprout hold that Everstone :P
Made my way up to Ecruteak City and challenged the Kimono Girls before heading to the Gym
Once in the Gym, my least used Pokémon up until now saw the most action ever: Zubat (or should I say Golbat ;)), who destroyed everyone with Confuse Ray + Bite combos

VS Morty After beating Morty, I decided to teach Shadow Ball to my own Ghost-type
After taking a look around town, I entered the Brass Tower where I came face to face with Fish…

VS Fish While I know I should've stopped him, he said something regarding strong Legendary Pokémon, which caught my attention so I stayed to figure it out…

Could you keep my Rock challenge on the first page after you update it please? I do plan to resume it soon.

Anyway... update time! Remember how that Normal-type gym was a walkover? Well, there's a Flying gym after that, followed by a Psychic gym.

First of all, I made my way to Fortree. Long route between cities are loooong. Caught a Tropuis for HM slavery on the way, named it Equiano. On the way, my lovely Cranberry evolved into a Blaziken! My rival popped up to irritate me a little, I stomped all over her team.

My stay at Fortree was short, I carried on to Mt Pyre (skipping trainers on the way), so I could catch the final member of my team, a Meditite that I named Lu-Tze. I taught it Shadow Ball and Strength, then went back, beating all the trainers I skipped on the way.

Winona was damn hard. I got close to beating her on my first try, In the end I was down to just Cranberry, and had a good few Bulk Up boosts. I was ready to strike with Peck, but she got a Critical Earthquake in. Then there was grinding. Second try, it was much easier. Pogg beat 3 of her team with Rock Tomb, while Cranberry took out the Skarmory with Blaze Kick. It was kinda anticlimatic, actually.

Then there was surfing (on a Sumo wrestler no less). I beat those Aqua goons at their hideout, then made my way to the island of Mossdeep to get the Dive HM and the liscence to use it - in the form of the Mind Badge. Some guy at the front of the island told me he couldn't beat them because he only trained fighting-types. I felt his pain. Luckily, it only took one try to beat them, but it involved plenty of reviving. I thanked my lucky stars for Hariyama' bulkiness.

Afterwards I headed to Sealfoor Cavern, and kicked some Aqua butt. They awakened some anceint behemoth and pretty much c*cked up the weather. I told them that they were all morons and went to grab a coke. But nobody served me because the guy at the till was running around on fire. Maybe I'll have to save the world then. Later.

Pogg is awesome. He's strong and bulky, he can take three STAB Psychics from Pokemon higher levelled than himself. This bulkiness has been invaluable, allowing me to soak up attacks and dish them straight back.

- Calm Mind
The newest member of my team has already proved his worth. Shadow Ball is great against the Ghosts. Hi Jump Kick is an awesome move, as I found with Hitmonlee in Crystal. Shame it doesn't learn any more Psychic moves naturally.

Question: Should I teach Earthquake to Cranberry or Pogg?

Pogg, Haryama doesn't get to many good moves naturally.
