I've noticed lately my laptop overheats badly. I think I need to take it apart to clean the fan inside it. Anyone know how to clean the blades of the fan inside a laptop?

That won't work if the dirt dried and caked on the blades of the fan.

If that's the case, the air can still help, get yourself a soft bristled toothbrush and brush off the fan, and use the compressed air to blow away anything that comes out. I do this often myself.
