HELP NEEDED with UPI

I downloaded UNIVERSAL PLUGIN INSTALLER made by Luka SJ and gang...though I when playing the game file in the extracted folder...it shows up tht something is missing and it hangs...i have to re start my computer in order to close it...
PLEASE HELP!
also if someone has a detailed tutorial of setting up UPI then please help!😭😭

Second, you can add his Scripts manually from https://resources.luka-sj.com
Check it out on Google. You will find and install it.

Connect to wifi maybe?
And you should have posted this as an error in the pokemon essentials forum

The EPI comes with instructions that you have to confirm to have read before you can even begin to download the application.
