But clarification needed. you've stated three pokemon rather than their types. judging from the pokemon that you've listed can i assume your favourite types are water, fighting, psychic? or water, dark, fighting? You used to work for law enforcement before evidence turned up that revealed you to be 'dirty.' Due to your previous outstanding work record however, you were quietly dismissed instead of publicly shamed. This allowed you to open up your own detective firm in the Kalos region as a means of income and you found that you quite enjoy being you're own boss, though you suspect old enemies may be trying to sabotage your new firm. After hearing rumors of a destructively powerful pokemon you shut up shop temporarily to hunt it down, but whether you use it as revenge on your old work colleagues or catch it to safeguard it from greater evils is for you to decide...

Sharpedo: This guy has it in his head that he is unbeatable, especially on home ground. When surfing, Sharpedo must always be leading the team.
Nincada: As a ninja, nincada wants to be ready for any situation. It must know at least one stat boosting move and a ninja attack (e.g shadow ball or a move that has a high critical rate)
*Talonflame:Fire is fickle, your talonflame must know a move that you feel best reflects its nature e.g agility for hasty or a brave bird for rash.
Special Trainer missions:
Elementary: Your team must be named after famous detectives (either real or fictional)
Bloodhound: You are single minded in your pursuits and rest only when necessary. You may only use a pokecentre twice in any town that holds a gym. Once you have that gyms badge however you can rest there as often as you please.

Trainer class: Combat teacher
As a teacher it is your role to guide and nurture children as the progress through school. your particular class aims to teach them everything there is to know about battling, from type match-ups to tactics. However your students refuse to listen to you, demanding for practical sessions constantly and generally running rampant through the class. Without the proper knowledge the pokemon would get needlessly hurt in practicals so you always refuse, which of course makes it worse. At your wits end you head out on a journey, hoping that your students would respect you more with a few badges on your belt.
Pokemon:

Water,Blissful,Easy going

Psychic,Feminine,Blue(the male defo is, but i think the white on the female makes the blue stand out more)*your choice here whether you want a defensive male or offensive female.

Fighting,Reptile,variety of color
Slowbro: Slowbro can only handle so much learning, for every TM it is taught, it must forget a stab move
Meowstic: cats are fickle playful things, it's hard to get them to do much work. Meowstic must be the lowest level member of your party and know one protective or recovery move
Scrafty: This pokemon has a bad attitude and an offensive battle style. It may only learn attacking moves and tends to try and sneak his way to the front of the party when in dungeons (gym battles and crime bosses)
Special trainer class missions:
Substitute: Teacher's cant always make it to class. You may substitute one of your pokemon for another of your choosing as long as it has the same typing. e.g fighting/dark > fighting or dark or fighting/psychic etc You may only do this once so choose carefully
Well-prepared: Once you enter a gym you may not leave it until you have its badge, as a teacher of a combat class you always try to teach the importance of being prepared. Better take your own advice.

So I want to give a huge thank you to Sylvie for helping out for Giving people out their missions as I did the first wave of them, but thanks to her she kept the torch lit. It's important in a community to be active but it was a bunch of family reasons that I wouldn't like to share, but as is life and the sort.

Rising Actor
After struggling for a while to break out as an actor in Kalos you come to the realization that it may be easier to gain fame as a trainer first! Especially when the regional Champion is the intolerable diva who made your life hell when you were an extra on set. Taking her down would give you the boost you need to kickstart your career and you get the satisfaction of knocking that diva down a peg or two.

TRAINER MISSIONS

Golden Reputation: In order to get yourself known, you need to keep your image updated and out there. Every time you earn a gym badge, you must update your outfit in some way. You must also make use of every photo spot in Kalos.

Publicity Stunt: Rumour has it, a rather thuggish group have been causing havoc in an abandoned hotel along Routes 15/16 of Kalos. So far no one has done anything about it, which gives you the perfect opportunity to get yourself known. Head in, defeat all of them and make them see the error of their way. For the public.

Trainer class: Determined daughter
You and Siebold, (your father) were very close, you both lived in cerulean city in Kanto where he worked as an apprentice at Misty's gym. But one day he announced he was leaving for the Kalos region to go on a journey and better himself, leaving you with some relatives. You felt perhaps a little betrayed and abandoned by this, at the very least he could have taken you with him! Three years have passed and you've saved up enough money to travel over to the Kalos region yourself where you've arranged to stay with your great aunt. From there, you are determined to find your father and confront him. You don't have many clues to go on yet but nothing is going to stop you from finding him and giving him a piece of your mind.
Team: *Since you cannot get your first Pokemon until route 6, you may use your starter until then*

Clauses:
Cloyster: This pokemon is wholeheartedly on your side when it comes to finding your father and wants to be useful to you as your tank. No restrictions with this one, but if you happen to come across defense and sp.defense raising items use them on cloyster!
Aegislash: This pokemon is said to have aided kings in the past, as such it values brave and noble deeds, You must draw your sword before going into battle with the enemy! Aegislash must lead the party when about to battle important members of Team flare (Admins, scientists, boss)
Glaceon: This pokemon can be rather.. aloof. When about to fight a gym leader, Roll a 6 sided dice. If it lands on a 1 or a 3, this pokemon will sit out of the battle. This clause will be lifted upon getting you're 5th badge, or sooner if you can 1HKO all of a gyms apprentices (Which pokemon you use to do this doesn't matter, if this is achieved Glaceon will be impressed)

Special trainer missions:
Training for Father: You're determined to become strong enough to defeat your father. To do this you push yourself and your team hard. You must challenge every trainer on a route before you can return to a Pokemon centre to rest (using items is fine though)
Misty's apprentice: Your father favored water types from his time at the gym, as such you've come to know a lot about them. Using that knowledge you may change your cloyster to another water Pokemon of your choosing. You can only change it once so if you re-roll choose carefully.

You dreamed of creating a virtual space where stored pokemon could live out their day to day lives rather than the cold suspended animation that you cannot help but imagine whenever you think of the current system. While you've made great progress on your dream, you've hit a theoretical wall so to speak. However, others have taken notice of your work and shown a willingness to help, on the condition you help them programme a better porygon. Eager for some fresh eyes you accept and decide Porygon needs a system overhaul, you want to make it the best virtual pokemon out there and what better way to achieve this than to study the pokemon owned by the champion.

Espeon: Since Eevee was originally a gift from Bill, Espeon can not be a higher level than the limit of your latest badge (e.g 1st badge states all pokemon up to lvl 30 will obey you etc) out of fear it will disobey you.
Special trainer missions:
Firewall: Each of your pokemon must learn a stat boosting or protective move
Error 404: If one of your pokemon gets knocked out in an important battle with either your rival or a gym leader, you will be unable to use it for the next 5 standard trainer battles you come across while it reflects on how it let you down
