  • First off, what tier are you playing in? If you're playing standard OU, Galvantula, Cinccino, and Arcanine are really outclassed in that environment.

If you're actually playing Smogon Ubers then you need a mostly new team. Sylveon/Arcanine/Cinccino will all fare poorly in there. Galvantula and Greninja might still have some niche use as well iirc but I wouldn't bet on it.

Steel types have become somewhat irrelevant in Ubers due to the ubiquitous presence of Primal Groudon, along with the not uncommon Arceus-Ground and Zygarde-Complete, though maybe you can find use for Exacdrill.

You'll want to take a look at this to get an idea of what's currently considered good and bad in the Ubers metagame: http://www.smogon.com/forums/threads/sm-ubers-viability-ranking-thread.3591388/

Sticky Web is an interesting strategy that could work well in Ubers, but Shuckle is the only setter I would consider viable. Possibly Smeargle. The same is true for OU. As has been pointed out, this team wouldn't stand a chance against a well designed Uber team simply because none of the Pokemon you have selected, other than Greninja, are viable in Ubers.

  • And to add, Primal Groudon is mandatory on every Uber team just because of how stupidly good it is. It can be a Stealth Rock setter, a tank, a sweeper, you name it. Desolate Land also makes it immune to Water attacks, a type that would normally be a crippling weakness:
    -Stealth Rock
    -Precipice Blades
    -Lava Plume/Fire Punch/Rock Slide
    -Roar
    Nature: Careful
    EVs: 248 HP/8 Def/252 SDef
    Item: Red Orb

    or
    -Rock Polish
    -Precipice Blades
    -Fire Punch/Stone Edge/Rock Slide
    -Dragon Claw/Swords Dance
    Nature: Adamant
    EVs: 168 HP/240 Atk/36 SDef/64 Spe
    Item: Red Orb

    or
    -Stealth Rock
    -Precipice Blades
    -Fire Punch/Dragon Tail
    -Stone Edge/Rock Tomb
    Nature: Adamant
    EVs: 152 HP/236 Atk/44 SDef/76 Spe
    Item: Red Orb

    or
    -Rock Polish
    -Precipice Blades
    -Fire Blast
    -Dragon Pulse/Hidden Power (Ice)
    Nature: Mild
    EVs: 48 Atk/252 SAtk/144 SDef/64 Spe
    Item: Red Orb

    or
    -Stealth Rock
    -Swords Dance
    -Precipice Blades
    -Stone Edge/Rock Slide
    Nature: Jolly
    EVs: 160 Atk/152 SAtk/196 Spe
    Item: Red Orb

As was already mentioned, Shuckle is a better Sticky Web setter than Galvantula in Ubers because of its better bulk:
    -Sticky Web
    -Rock Tomb
    -Encore
    -Toxic
    Nature: Careful
    EVs: 248 HP/8 Def/252 SDef
    Item: Mental Herb
    Ability: Sturdy

Whether you go with Excadrill or Aegislash depends on whether you make Primal Groudon your Stealth Rock setter. Also remember that if your team is vulnerable to Xerneas, Aegislash is also a good pick:
    -Stealth Rock
    -Earthquake
    -Rock Tomb/Toxic
    -Rapid Spin
    Nature: Jolly
    EVs: 4 HP/252 Atk/252 Spe
    Item: Focus Sash
    Ability: Mold Breaker

    Aegislash:
    -Gyro Ball
    -Shadow Ball
    -Toxic
    -King's Shield
    Nature: Sassy
    EVs: 252 HP/4 Def/252 SDef
    Item: Leftovers
