  • Ferrothorn is too slow for SubSeed. Replace Substitute with Spikes or Stealth Rock so it can also support the team. Also, change the EV spread to 252 HP/88 Def/168 SDef for more balanced bulk.

Chansey is better off with Bold and the Special Defense EVs moved to Defense because even with Eviolite, Calm Chansey with no physical defense investment is still prone to physical attacks.

It appears you're not using Taunt on Gyarados, so it's best off with max Attack and max Speed as opposed to a bulky spread. Also, give it Life Orb.

Use Fire Blast on Salamence; it could use the extra power.

While Rhyperior has its merits in OU, it doesn't really do well in OU due to its common weaknesses. You're also using Rock Polish when you don't have any Speed EVs, and that's pointless. You should use a special attacker like Gengar instead, since your team is currently walled by physical...walls:
    -Substitute
    -Shadow Ball
    -Focus Blast
    -Disable/Pain Split/Thunderbolt/Hidden Power (Fighting)
    Nature: Timid
    EVs: 4 HP/252 SAtk/252 Spe
    Item: Leftovers/Life Orb

While Gallade can support the team with Thunder Wave, its Defense is too low for it to be on the supporting side. It's best off as a set-up sweeper:
    -Bulk Up/Swords Dance
    -Drain Punch
    -Ice Punch/Stone Edge
    -Shadow Sneak
Nature: Careful (for Bulk Up)/Adamant or Jolly (for Swords Dance)
    EVs: 240 HP/40 Atk/216 SDef/12 Spe (for Bulk Up) or 4 HP/252 Atk/252 Spe (for Swords Dance
Item: Leftovers (Bulk Up)/Life Orb (Swords Dance)
    Ability: Steadfast

    So, how does it look?

Since Ferrothorn is slow, I recommend slapping on a Rocky Helmet for its held item. That combined with its ability (Iron Barbs) means physical attackers are hurting themselves as they attack.

Calm is a terrible nature for Chansey, I agree with PlatDude - go for a Bold nature.

Everything else is good as far as nature goes.
