Greenlit: How to Battle with Houndour

It's been a while since we've had a "How to Battle with..." article and I kind of feel like doing one. I also don't think we've had one for Little Cup yet (unless you count me ranting about why Eevee is awful).

I'll probably follow the same format as the other ones.

1. Introduction
2. Analysis of the Pokemon's attributes (ie. stats, type)
3. Introduce competitive sets
4. Pros/Cons
5. Points of comparison
6. Teammates
7. Conclusion
