Update #5 - Apparently we have to go all the way regardless! Which I'm glad because even if we just had to go to Lance I would have gone all the way to Red. Anywho. Went and fought the Elite Four.

- First up was Will. Conquered with mainly Ty Lee and Thom.
- Next was Koga. Arthur and Ty Lee took the stage here.
- Bruno. Florida got in a little action with Hitmontop and Onix. Other than that it was Arthur and Ty Lee once again getting action. I think Sunny also got some action here I forget.
- Karen. For the third time Arthur, Ty Lee as well as Sunny took the stage here.
- Lance. Bessie finally had some action by defeating three of his Pokemon with Rollout. Then Thom, Ty Lee and Sunny took out the remainder of the group.
- Hall of Fame, and now back in New Bark Town about to head to Olivine and make my way towards Kanto! ♥

Done quite a lot since my last update. I evolved my Gloom and Clefairy using the Leaf and Moon stones. Then, I battled both Lt. Surge and Erika. Surge was a pain, but Erika was easy with Charmeleon. Now off to Fuchsia City, and I hope to catch my Cloyster and Persian soon!

Progress:
I probably won't do so many updates, so I'll try and summarize what I've done as best as I possibly can. Anyways, got my starter, beat a Team Aqua Grunt, ~~spent an hour trying to find a female Skitty~~ beat Roxanne, found Steven, beat Brawly, beat Team Aqua Grunts and delivered the thing to Capt. Stern, beat Wattson. Planning on getting the Moon Stone in Meteor Falls (iirc I can get it pre-Waterfall) as well as catching Solrock until I get one with a Sun Stone. It'll also be a while until I can get my next team member ;;

Aww yiss! Date rolled over on my HG to Wednesday so I marched to do some more Pokethlon.
Personally I like the Speed and Jump things, but I've been doing just about all of them with Merri always in the team. :3

FIRST UPDATE

LitC Challenge
-After a nap and getting my stuff, I went over to Prof. Elm´s Lab.
-Got Paula the Chikorita, the Flower for the challenge.
-Went to Cherrygrove City. A speedy old man gave me a "tour" through the city, and then a pair of sneakers. Oh, and he installed the map card in my PokéGear too. :3
-After walking through Route 30, I arrived at Mr. Pokémon´s House. Prof. Oak was there and stuff...
-Got a call from Elm, headed back and then I met a red-haired boy. I battled and smashed him. I also learned his name...Mercury.
-I got back to NBT and exchanged details about the boy. I said goodbye to mum and left out on a journey.
-I passed through some routes, leveled up a bit in Dark Cave, and finally reached Violet City.
-I went to Sprout Tower to train, got all the way to the top, met Mercury and beat the Elder.

Update #6 - I was going to wait until the next page for another update but no life me decided to tackle three gyms last night and I like updating. So shhh. Anyways.

- Boarded the Ship to Vermilion City after going through Johto and doing a few things here and there (picking up some items I wanted and so on).
- Battled everyone on the ship. Then when I got to Vermilion City went right to Lt. Surge's Gym.
- Sadly, Bessie was knocked out by his first Pokemon Raichu. But it's okay because Arthur trounced his whole team with Earthquake.
- Went to Saffron and defeated most of the trainers at the gym. However, didn't fight Sabrina until after fighting some trainers on some other routes.
- When I did fight Sabrina her first two Pokemon were knocked out by Bessie and Thom took care of her Alakazam.
- Skipped Celadon's Gym for now because was too lazy to get HM Slave out of the PC and went all the way down to Fuchsia to fight Janine.
- Defeated Janine with an effort between Bessie, Arthur, and Ty Lee.
- Now possibly on my way to Celadon City in order to defeat Erika before going to do the Power Plant stuff.

So, I spent 8 hours on and off hunting a decent Vulpix yesterdy, only to come to the realization that the one I caught was the wrong gender. In fact, I had been hunting frmales the entire time when the Attraction is supposed to match your gender, which is male. FML. Hunting a new Vulpix now. This really, really sucks.

UPDATE #3~**~**~

Lots to share today!
-Beat Fantina with Figaro alone. Bite ripped her to shreds!
-Quickly maneuvered my way through Solaceon Town up to Route 215 to start my hunt for Lickitung! Which led to two hours of not finding the right one. Discouraged, I decided to make my way to Route 212 to look for a male Ralts instead. Got lucky and found a male Kirlia with a decent Attack IV on my first try and named him Arthur! Went and looked for the Dawn Stone hidden on the same route and evolved him right away! Then went Underground to find enough shards to teach him Zen Headbutt and Ice Punch!
-Went back to Route 215 and after another hour of searching I found a male Lickitung with decent enough of IVs that met to my satisfaction. Named him Pinkie and started grinding both of my newfound catches to acceptable levels to take on Maylene with.
-After a little training Arthur swept through the gym basically alone (with Pinkie's help!) He eventually learned Rollout and evolved south of the city on the way to Pastoria!
-Just kicked my rival Heart's butt outside of the Pastoria Gym. Have to go to work here in a little so stopping for now!

Okay, so I managed to catch a Male Vulpix with a Modest nature and better stats than the female I caught yesterday, pretty quickly.

Anyway, I got my 4th badge from Erika, caught a Vulpix which I named Benvolio, evolved into Ninetales at level 29 when it learned Flamethrower, obtained a Timid Eevee named Steve, after my best friend irl, grinded them both to level 29.

SECOND UPDATE

LitC Challenge
-I went straight to Falkner´s Gym. Falkner wasn´t very troubling, but Roost was annoying as ever. Poison Powder and Synthesis were very helpful, and so I got myself a shiny Zephyr badge. Paula evolved, too! :] Then I went outside, got a call from Elm, got an Egg, met a girl in a kimono...
-After running around Violet City, the Egg finally hatched into a Togepi. I named him Lloyd.
-Went to the Ruins of Alph and did a puzzle. Then I passed through Route 32, and Lloyd leveled up lots.
-Passed through Union Cave and arrived to Azalea Town. Met Kurt, who went to investigate Slowpoke Well.
-Team Rocket was there. I met their executive, Proton, and I beat him up.

First update on the Valentine Challenge! :D. I didn't do much particularly, but here's what happened so far.

• Started up my Platinum and listened to Professor Rowan's explanation about Pokemon. (I swear I fell asleep halfway through ;-;)

• Chose the female protagonist and called her 'Sophie' after myself and my rival 'Barry'. (so original ;;)

•And after trying to dash through the tall grass, the professor stops us and gives us a Pokemon :D!

•Got my gift, Neko the Chimchar and beat Barry easily.

•Did the basic tutorial things, talked to the professor,got my Pokedex, was shown around town and taught how to capture Pokemon.

•Caught myself Chocolate the Bidoof who will be my adorable HM Slave for the adventure <3, before grinding Neko for a while.

•Headed north of Jubilife and walked around before catching my flower, Rosie the Budew.

•Trained Rosie for a while and cycled up and down Jubilife just to get a bit of friendship level up before finally giving up for a while and moving on. (so lazy ;;)

•After battling some trainers and training in Oreburgh Gates, Neko evolved!

•And got into Oreburgh City, before chatting to some locals and heading down to the cold,dark mine before finding Roark.

•Currently grinding before I take him on :3! (and kick ass. :D)

Starmie isn't a Duo option last I checked. It's genderless anyway.

Also, I asked a question earlier that I don't think got answered, Sydian. I was wondering if the 2 Grass moves out Flower has to learn must both be attacking moves or if one of them can be status (i.e. Sleep Powder and Petal Dance).

Done a lot since my last update. I evolved my Charmeleon into Charizard, caught both Shellder and Meowth and evolved them, beat the rest of the gyms which included Janine, Sabrina, Blaine, and Giovanni, and now I am in Victory Road already! Time certainly flies. I like this team, except that Persian is really tough to train. I never used one before so thats why I chose it. Anyway, I am going to spend some time in Victory Road to do some heavy training for the Elite Four, and then post my final update when I beat them and enter the Hall Of Fame!
