Looking for specific rom...

That has gen 1 to 8, all obtainable Pokemon, not 2 or 5 or 12 "cant obtain", i mean all! Able to fill the dex with trade evos isnt acquired; trade evos by leveling, it can be normal pokemon, fusions pokemon or fakemon, i would like some help finding a rom that has it all

Ye sure radical red has gen 1 to 8 but its not all obtainable in 3.2 but im looking for all can be obtained, if you know a rom that has that can you pls share it? I prefer gba but i can do nds as well

There isn't one. Radical Red and ROWE ( https://www.pokecommunity.com/showthread.php?t=442592 ) are the closest you can get, with all Gen 1-8 Pokémon obtainable except some legendaries. You won't be able to fill a dex since there's just no rom hack with all Gen 1-8 legendaries obtainable.
