    Okay so I realized reflect is a good move and I ALSO realized I deleted it.Is it even good :(

    • Reflect is a good and useful move overall, but don't worry if you accidentally deleted it. You can still get by without it!

    • Reflect and its counterpart Light Screen cut damage in half for five turns. Its not foolproof though so keep that in mind but if you want to use it as a means to buy time to power up with moves like Double Team or Swords Dance, it really does help a lot. Its not the end of the world though as playthrough's don't necessitate having it.

    If you need it back, Reflect is a TM that can be bought in every generation
