Question: pokemon rom pc

hi,
im looking for a pokemon rom for PC.
no short story gameplay, better if different story from the original, with customed pokemon.
it must have recent generations too and cheats (after i complete it i do it with cheats for fun).

And as an additional, please make sure to look for base roms yourself and not ask for them here. All posts in the ROM Hacks studio only give ips or ups files for you to patch onto clean roms they based it from. You'll find out more about it on there, along with tutorials.
