Pretty much first team I trought of for 4th gen. Bad/Average/Terrible ? What to improve ?

EDIT:Okay, so that's how it turned out to be in the end. Works really well, until the point where heracross pops up and gains boost on megahorn thanks to Toxic Spikes. It's a really solid team. Bold parts are the final stuff. Monospace for removed ones.

    Drapion@leftovers
    Physical wall/Sweeper
    252 Atk/252 HP/6 Spd
    Sassy
    Sniper
    - Night Slash
    - Toxic Spikes
    - Whirlwind
    - Eathquake Brick Break

Sniper works well with Night slash, and with Earthquake, Drapion gets a nice movepool. Toxic Spikes + Whirlwind does well against Ninjasks, and can additionally poison whole team.

    Starmie@Wise Glasses
    Special sweeper?
    252 SpAtk/140 HP/114 Spd
    - Thunder Wave Rapid Spin
    - Surf
    - Rapid Spin / Ice Beam / Grass knot ?
    - Thunderbolt

Good against Skarmories. As Starmie got great speed, why not to use it for paralysing pokes which didn't got poisoned ? Not sure if I should put in Rapid Spin trough.

    Pinsir@White Herb Choice Scarf
    Physical sweeper
    Jolly
    Mold Breaker
    252 Spd/ 252 Atk/6Hp
    - Sword Dance
    - X-scissor
    - Stone Edge
    - Close Combat

Close Combat + White Herb > Megahorn. Moves covers all type weaknesses, and no 4x weakness, unlike Heracross.
Actually, with time it turned out that it's not the biggest strenght of Pinsir. Majority of people I fought got no idea what mold breaker is. Thanks to Scarf, it's an ultimare Gengar rape. Especially when someone switchs onto EQ. Talk about nasty suprize.

    Salamence@life orb
    120 ATT / 252 SP.ATT / 136 SPEED
    Mild / Rash nature
    - Brick break
    - Draco meteor
    - Fire Blast / Flamethrower
    - Dragon Claw / Roost / Crunch

    Metagross@Life OrbLefties
    152 HP / 252 ATT / 104 SPEED
    Adamant Nature
    - Bullet Punch
    - Meteor Mash
    - Explosion
    - Earthquake
Somewhat of a wall, but Cress takes physical hits overall better. I know that Explosion is bad move for something like that, but it's actually more relieable way to deal phyiscal damage than Pinsir, which is hit-and-run. And it's SR weakness isn't helping either. Metagross's Meteor Mash is always a powerful hit.

    Cresselia@Leftovers
    252 HP / 108 DEF /152 SP.DEF
    Bold Nature
    - Psychic
    - Ice Beam
    - Reflect
    - Moonlight / Rest

    Partially undestructable.

    Deleted members of the team:

    Bronzomg@Leftovers
    Tank
    Relaxed
    Levitate
    252 HP/126 Def/126 Atk
    - Rock Slide
    - Iron Defense
    - Earthquake
    - Confuse Ray

Confuse Ray is always nice, and switching only help toxic spikes. As it's weak only to fire, earthquake is a must. Besides, it's capable of doing some nice damage as well.

    Cacturne@Expert Belt
    Mixed Sweeper
    Naive
    Sand Veil
    252 Atk/252 Spd/6 Def
    - Drain Punch
    - Dark Pulse
    - Grass Knot / Mega Drain ?
    - Sandstorm

Only thing I wish about this one was more speed. I think it's not possible to enlarge it much more trough.

    Dusknoir@Lefties
    Special wall
    Careful
    252 HP/100 Atk/152 SpDef
    - Fire Punch

Why does Dusknoir not have Shadow Sneak and Pain Split? It needs those, Pain Split rocks for switch ins with full HP. Shadow Sneak kills off Ninjask and faster Pokemon. Scrap Icepunch and Shadow Punch for Shadow Sneak and Pain Split. Was the Bronzong name a typo? Because I laughed XD BronZOMG! XD

Bronzong will always lose in speed to a fire type unless it has trick room and its activated. I wouldn't keep him in for a fire switch in, unless you have a death will for him.

I'm going to call mine like that :D

Anyway the only reason why dusknoir got the *punches are for type coverage, as I got no real fire attack (needed for Foretresses and Scizors) and ice (Dragon/FlyingGround pokes). I'd have to give Ice beam to Starmie then, I guess. Or perhaps I should remove Cactrune from the team and replace it with something else, with better type coverage ? (Like Flygon or perhaps Salamence)

I highly suggest you remove Cacturne. I love the scarecrow, but it doesn't really fit in this team.

    I like Cacturne XD

    Cacture@Focus Sash
    Adamant/Jolly
    6 HP, 252 ATT, 252 SPD
    Sucker Punch
    Seed Bomb
    Swords Dance
    Destiny Bond

Standard. Works great, IMO. Not sure if it'd fit in your team, tough, like tohers have said.

So, heracross gets STAB on Megahorn AND Close Combat, this thing doesnt even get megahor or a STAB on CC.W/E, looks fine, please consider Hera >> This

    Pain Split NOAW !!

Well, all i can say is you are extremely Choice Specs Salamence weak, Zong and Noir arnt going to wall that for long, thats for sure. More reliable sp.wall maybe ?

Scrap Cacturne, its not doing anything for this team.

Change some of the items to.

Cressy, Snorlax, Blissey would be nice...>>> Cradily, Cradily is only good with Sandstorm due to the sp.def boost, otherwise its mediocre.

    As for mix mence, try

    Salamence@life orb
    120 ATT / 252 SP.ATT / 136 SPEED
    Mild / Rash nature
    - Brick break
    - Draco meteor
    - Fire Blast / Flamethrower
    - Dragon Claw / Roost / Crunch

    Wall breaker

Brick break for Blissey and snorlax, 2hko's both.

Draco Meteor is the strongest move on this set, takes out bulky grounds and nearly everything else.

Fire Blast for steels, Celebi, Tangrowth etc....

Last slot is up to you, Dragon Claw is its most reliable move, Roost help with all the residual damage of stealth rock, Sandstream and Hail and Life Orb damage, Crunch helps with Cressy and Duknoir and other bulky psychics and ghosts.

This Cresselia seems to be fun to use. About Weavile, I guess Pinsir could okho it with Close Combat. About the spot, I trought a Steelix with Gyro Ball could do well too - Huge physical def should survive Weavile's Brick Breaks. Besides, I could put a Stealth Rock on it.
