    ~Hack Name~

    Pokémon SilverCurrent

    ~Hack of~

    Pokémon FireRed (US)

    ~Introduction~

    After a lot of failed attempts at hacking I've finally managed to start on hack, stay with it and get some good results out of it.

    ~Story~

    You are a Boy/Girl living in the Currenze region. The day you turned 12 you recieved your first Pokémon. Not long after you are a witness of the capture of the legendary Pokémon Lugia, you know you have to help it escape from the evil Team Rocket.(team subject to change)


    ~Features~
    -A lot of new scripts
    -New tiles*
    -New palettes*
    -New sprites*
    -A whole new region
    -A different starter
    -Recieving Badges will not be limited to Gyms only
    -More to come

    *Most likely not for the first releases

    But please take a look at the list I will construct below before complaining, I don't have read that I have missed an l in a word 50 times.

    ~The List~
    This list will be filled with all the little thingies I missed when preparing the Alpha.

    -Fix bad text outlining
    -Come up with a better name for Chris's badge (feel free to propose something)
    -Edit trainer text


    I don't give release dates, that way you won't be dissapointed when I can't make a deadline and I can surprise you with a new release!

    ~Obligatory "I'm sorry about my bad English"~

    There will probably be some grammar mistakes in the hack, it's never easy getting it 100% correct when you're not a native English speaker...

    Hm.., so Lugia ei? This I gotta see! :)
    Hm... In the screenshots, you used identical stairs, but do you know that there's actually 2 types of stairs? use the otehr one. :3

    Wow. The lugia event was just awsome... Nothing else to say... It's look cool, But i can't realy say any thing help fuel, about what you can inprove, Because it to new... But keep up the work... Do you need help at spriting>? Then just PM me... (I did some team rocket sprites a while ago...)
     
    I'm all ready supporting this hack, since it looks like you're still kinda new at this, and you already seem to handle scripting fairly well.

    If you need some extra help ( Mapping, Scripting, Storyboard ), just drop me a line :p

    You need a Spriter, huh? Then you can choose Sebbe17, he's a good spriter.

    Yes, I know... Story( and Names) aren't exactly my strong points. That's why I'll be asking assistance form people more skilled at that than me!
     
    The Lugia event looks great, sorry if i dont have more to say =/
     
    It's great to see a new hack where intricate, good scripting is the "grabber", instead of graphics or an over the top story. The Lugia event looks great. Keep it up, man. ;)
     
    Looks good, and I like the Lugia Event. Your maps also look good.

    About the only slight negative I saw was the repeated 'don't go in the grass' event, but at least you managed to put your own spin on that, so that's still good.

    Look forward to seeing more.
     
    On the, dont go in the grass video, the prof. gets u a lapris, yay.
    Also, GL with this hack. This seems very interesting.
