Pokemon Ruby the Parody: New Thread (Help Wanted)

Okay. This is a brand new thread for my hack: Pokemon Ruby the Parody.

The story is the same as Ruby but with a humorous twist.

As for gameplay: Its good but it has glitches....which is why I am going to need help with adding things and fixing things..

Also to note: You guys oughta come and download it! I know this thread looks rather skimmpy but the game is still fun! In fact I have already released beta 4 on another forums!

Now I need help to make this Thread and Hack better!

I need:

Some one who can create music remixes and such
Some one who can go a get rid of almost all the glitches
Some one who can make a banner
Some one who can make new tilesets and graphics
Some one who can make new trainer sprites
Some one who can make new trainer battles and events
Some one who can script well
Some one who can create a new title screen
Some one who can come and make improvements to this thread!
and I think thats it....

Now I guess what I can do for you is release beta 4 of the game since no one downloaded beta 3.

This game is just a parody of ruby and its not meant to be something big like shiny gold or prism!!

Prof Stewies Text not 100% Changed.

Inside Truck:
Text Glitch on Boxes

Crap Town:
Mom Refering you to Player at certain parts
At tv mom says DAMN TVBUBBLE! (Text Glitch)
Your house sign says PROF GRIFFINS House. Needs fixing.
Can walk through some rocks. Needs fixing.
When Talking to Mays mom when you speak it says player and accidentally made Hero say something the mom is supposed to say.
Text runs off the box when talking to may
When talking to Prof.GRIFFIN not 100% text is changed.

Path of Peace:
Freezes when you walk to the the far right hand corner of the vacant house.

Urine Town:
Mart man is on top of Mart. Needs fixing.

Stary Path:
Rival Music is slow paced. Dont need to worry though. Its kinda cool actually.

Path of Peace:
Game may freeze when returning to Crap Town.

Urine Town: Might freeze when going through the first time on the game.

Path of Jump:
Music messed up. Its supposed to be Route 29 Orchastrated Mix but instruments are missing.
Boys under odd rocks text glitched.
Dragon Ball Gt lovers text is glitched.

Fart City:
Kid at the front of the Puddle has a text glitch
Text Glitch with DAD in the gym.
Wallys Text has a Glitch.
When going with wally theres a text glitch and you walk on water.

Thats it for the glitches. Its kinda a bunch but I am just a Ameture. Wish I could find out whats wrong...

Geurdo Desert:
One boys text isnt changed.
A couple of Trainers have text glitches.

Lost Woods:
Text Glitches....Typical text glitches...

Beta 3:

Path of Peace: Game may freeze after saving Prof.Griffin

Lost Woods: Not all text changed and music is glitched.

WEE WEE CITY: Text glitches in some areas.
Slight Text Glitch in the Gym.

DIRT PATH: Bug Catchers text is glitched.
Can walk through a sign.
Morshu Brother 1,s Text is Glitched.

FOGGY CAVE:
Magma Members text is not completly fixed.
Odd glitch....?

Beta 4 Glitches

WEE WEE CITY: Odd invisible blocks are partially blocking the way to the next path.
DIRT PATH: Can walk through Signs.
FOGGY CAVE: Odd event repeats itself...
WEE WEE CITY: Mays text is only got one line for the start...
BIG BIRDS HOUSE: Text Glitch.
DRAGON ISLAND: Text glitches.
ROUTE ALA WATER: No Music..
BROLIS GYM: Fighting Trainers make the game freeze...they will be removed..
DRAGON ISLAND PKMN CENTER: Guy has a text glitch...


Yeah....I hate glitches... Well enjoy! And PM me if you want to help me work on this hack!


EDITS: I think Ill put a video or 2 here so that if you dont know how it is, you could just watch it instead! Ill do that next time I get on my moms PC rather than my wii...

It may not help that much, but I'll make you a banner.

Sounds a little weird - which is a good thing. I'm just not too sure I could play something too close to the original story. It just gets kind of old after a while. But I wish you well in finding some people that like this kind of thing. ^^ Everybody deserves a little support!

Yep. This hack is gonna have cursing in it because I want it to be aimed more towards teenage to mature gamers. Do I need to warn anyone or something about this hack?

Yeah, youse might want to warn peoples that this is rated "T" to be exact. Anyway, I'll try it, then I'll tell you what I think.

Here are a few problems:
Text goes ALL over the place
After I save the prof, game froze
Also, some stuff did not make any sense at all, like "wanna see my chest" and the one mom just talks like she is retarded or something like that. But, some parts did make me laugh, like the beer and drugs in the truck and Your favorite show is on you gonna come and watch it or what

By the way, if you needs help, youse can ask me, although I am not the best at hacking, I will help as best as possible! :p

The Rivals mom is supposed to be retarded! Duh! Also there are terrible glitches on the game, which is why on the team thread I asked for a glitch fixer!!! Oh if you wanna save your game...use a savestate! Then you load it when you play agian! Dont save on the actual game!!! Anyways what hacking skills do you have?

I am a okay spriter and I think I am pretty good at mapping. I know very little in scripting, like just making new people talking.

Umm...okay I sent you a PM for recruitment info. You should have it. Now then....I do have a team thread people! You should offer some help since my hack isn't so great at the moment!!!

The glitches you named off wouldn't be too hard to fix. I could fix a lot of them. I just downloaded the beta 4. The only other one I played before was beta 1, then kinda lost track of it. I'll play it now.
I can
- go and get rid of almost all the glitches
- make a banner
- make new tilesets and graphics
- make new trainer sprites
- new trainer battles and events (somewhat XD)
- script well (well, not exactly. I've only been learning scripting for a short time but I can do basic things so far. So just basic scripting. I don't think this would need complicated scripts anyways.)
- come and make improvements to this thread! (I can do that. I can make banners for every section and colorize it and everything. I haven't found a place to learn CSS for forums yet, though, and besides that I only know HTML, and it's not allowed, so...)

I already guessed that some people were a bit picky about this....well I understand you though! Im might make another PKMN Hack though...it will be epic and mysterious...not retarded!
