    Im -zack- and im new to PC. However this does not mean I am a noob to the RNG or Pokemon in general.

    If you dont see anything you like then request an RNG. I can RNG catch and breed on any 4th gen game. I am restricted with captures however. If you want a shiny captured pokemon then I cant guarantee great IVs. However if you just want IVs then they can be 30+ in all stats. Note : This does not apply for breeding. I can get both shiny+flawless with breeding.​
