All of PC's rules apply there so go read up on them if you don't know. I have some of my own things I want to say. Also this is a serious Rp so bring your all.
1) No use of profanity to call someone or something a name NCP or otherwise
2) I shall be the one who says if you catch a Pokémon or not so wait for my verdict
3) PLEASE! PLEASE! Be active, you won't have to worry about me I'll be on A LOT! Like 24/7 365 so before you join please make sure you'll be active I don't want this to die off. Don't join if you know you won't be very active sorry if I sound harsh I just really want to make this rp strive and become awesome. I can't stress this enough
4) I love to read so let's not make one liner post let's make them at least 4 medium sized paragraphs minimum the better the post the happier I'll be and you'll get rewarded.
5) Legendary Pokémon will be heavily involved in this RP but no one is allowed to go randomly try to catch one if there is a situation and a legendary just so happens to be there you can try to capture it but I will only let you if it's a well typed up battle and is believable. Legendary Pokémon aren't push-over's so you probably won't even catch it
6) No fighting over starter Pokémon its first come first serve and you'll probably see it in the wild somewhere.
7) I Will post in chapters so I'll post what the area is like and what's happening like any special event and catchable Pokémon.
8) No God moding or bunnying.
9) Some NCP's I'll post what they'll say but you can control their actions, but this only applies to some.
10) Your Pokémon will level depending on how well your battle post is and I'll tell you when they're ready to evolve. The better the post the more level.
11) No one hit KOs no Pokémon is that weak even if it's a super effective hit.
12) There's an option for being a Pokémon ranger so I'll post what mission are available in chapter post.
13) There will be theme music for a place or a person so look out for those I will have an archive in the OOC thread!

Oh is he done boring you with the rules? He is well then good let's begin. Welcome to the Nilivon Region which is located somewhat near Unova, now let me give you some background information. Nilivon its self is a continent connected to Unova by a bridge called the Great Connection. All sorts of Pokémon from Pikachu to Hydreigon live here. Nilivon is a new region unexplored by many trainers and is more than ready for a flourish of people to come. I myself have been working with the native people of Nilivon to get our own Pokémon league working. There places like colossal cities such as Grandnal City to small towns like Viven town where my Pokémon laboratory is located. Nilivon holds large fields and vast oceans and deep jungles and forests with Pokémon booming in all of them. The gym leaders here are the strongest out of most of the regions 2nd only to Unova's. The elite four has remained undefeated every challenger that comes to the elite four has lost to the first members first Pokémon. Well I hope that will change when you get ready to fight them. We also have our own nurse joys located at every Pokémon center sounds useful right?!
Anyway let's get back to the story. Strangely though many legendary Pokémon have been spotted in Nilivon for some unknown reason. People have spotted strange legendaries like Mewtwo, Deoxys, Genesect, Palkia, Dialga, Girantina, Zekrom, Reshiram and the strangest of all Arceus. No one knows why they're roaming around Nilivon it even babbles me and I'm a great professor!
This has attracted the Pokémon rangers to make their own HQ in a city called Kenrith, where they train new recruits to become a Pokémon ranger. Just like every region Nilivon has its own crime syndicate called Team Paradox and boy this guys don't play around! They've been known to abuse Pokémon, kill people and steal. One incident they even attacked Kenrith city to destroy the Pokémon Ranger HQ so my advice is to stay away from them. It seems like I've been babbling and going off subject so let me tell you what you're doing here. You're a up and coming Pokémon trainer or Pokémon ranger coming to the Nilivon Region to come to my lab to get your first Pokémon or going to Kenrith city to be trained to become a Pokémon ranger. Your goal as a trainer is to beat the Nilivon league. Your goal as a Pokémon ranger is to find out what team Paradox is up to.
Pokémon Rangers:
Attention! This is Pokémon ranger director Jayrol Kayrix and I'm in charge in choosing who becomes a Pokémon ranger and who goes home. We as Pokémon ranger are here in the Nilivon region to investigate the sudden appearance of legendary Pokémon and to deal with Team paradox. I won't lie you might not make it Team paradox is ruthless and we as Pokémon rangers must train you in becoming just as skillful. We do not under any circumstances kill any living thing Team paradox or other! You will get one Pokémon partner, a ranger uniform, a capture styler and an Xtransceiver. Get ready for some tough training cadet!
Team Paradox:
Hello my name is Luke a Pokémon ranger who has been working undercover in Team Paradox so I'll tell you everything I know. Unlike the other crime syndicates who are joined together in one Team Paradox is split into three types of groups. There is the Yin side, which are the cool calm and collected side and are usually less violent and organized, they wear white suits with black ties and white fedoras with a black stripes. There is the Yang side, which are the extremely violent, unorganized and crazy ones and wear black suits and fedora with a white tie and a white strip on the fedora. Finally there is the Yin-Yang side that gives orders to the yin and yang sides and takes orders from the leader. They were black and white suites with everything from their shoes to fedora black and white. Their leader is named Garzel which no one outside of the Yin-Yang group gets to talk to. I don't even know his name. All I know is he's possible the strongest Pokémon trainer ever and has a son named Kenji who is the 7th gym leader. As professor Alzinnith has already said the terrible things about team Paradox I suggest you stay away from them and let the Pokémon rangers and the Pokémon police deal with them.

Little street markets here and there and even street performers. Stores at every corner and lots of restaurants and even a gym too Grandal is filled with life and excitment
Grand Cataclysm Tower: A large tower in Nilivon that used to stand tall but after many years it has just suddenly disappeared. No one has found yet there is rumor that it's in the center of Nilivon or hidden in Viven town. It is said that extremely strong Pokémon live here and even legendaries rest here while they are in Nilivon.
Paradox harbor: This place belongs to team paradox but strangely there is no sign of paradox activity. Ships come in and out the harbor dropping of supplies that only team paradox knows of. The place is dark and cold no one really comes here.

Personality: Relnith, out-going, laid back, mouthy and overall annoying can describe him. He's very laid back and keeps his cool in any situation. He loves to mouth off to people of authority and loves to get into trouble. Relnith is very adventurous and often goes off and does something stupid and dangerous. People say he's a calm devil because one moment he's quiet and peaceful the next loud mouthed and hectic. His family usually sees the calm side of Relnith since he doesn't want to get into trouble all the time being his usual self. He likes to crack jokes around people and likes to provoke his opponents when it comes to Pokémon battling or just to tick them off. Relnith doesn't really have a lot of friends but the ones he has love him for his outgoing never give up attitude.
Relnith is very hard headed and doesn't know when to give up. He loves to go into situations that look very grim and the odds are put against him. He likes to go outside and watch Pokémon or lie on the ground and watch the clouds go by. He loves to listen to music and read books. His quite intelligent but most people don't see that side of him. He can solve puzzles easily and get out of any situation fast. Besides his vast intelligence Relnith likes to get into fights he feels a person should keep their body fit as well as their mind.
Around strangers Relnith might not even say a word he becomes a statue. He also gets very shy around a girl he likes and begins to stutter and choke up when he talks to her. Relnith isn't really good at expressing how he feels and will do anything to change the subject. He's actually a really nice guy and will help anyone in need. He hates anyone who is evil and mistreats others and Pokémon. Relnith hates Team Paradox with all his heart and has a good reason too. One goal in his life is to become the strongest Pokémon trainer ever!
Appearance: Dark blood red somewhat short hair, dark orange eyes and a large painful looking scar across his face from one side of his nose to the other. Relnith doesn't really obsesses over his looks but does caring around a small black comb to take care of his hair. His dark blood red hair is swayed to the right and usually looks neat and "emoish" as he's been told. Sometimes the bangs of his hair cover his left eye which sometimes he flips so he can see well. His hair has been called "sexy" and girls that he has meet love to run their fingers through it for some odd reason he doesn't understand it's just hair to him. His hair comes down to the end of his next and dangles off the side of his face some.
His dark orange eyes seem to be glowing with adventure and fun. His eyes have been called "dreamy" and people sometimes just stare into them for some odd reason. One time a girl around his age stared at him for at least an hour before Relnith said something. Sometimes though his eyes look very sad and empty as if he's very lonely and needs someone to ask him what's wrong. Relnith at a glance looks very skinny and weak but is actually very strong and has a built body. His body is quite muscular and can perform any type of physical activity from climbing to doing flips.
Relnith wears his two favorite colors black and red. He wears a jet black long sleeved coat over a blood red somewhat tight T-shirt. At times depending on the weather he puts his coat inside his black backpack he carries around with him that has a skull on it. His jet black pants are slim but everyone swears they're skinny and his sneakers are blood red with black stripes. He wears a black belt with a skull belt buckle with a mouth that opens and closes. Relnith also wears black fingerless gloves with skulls on it.

His dad was a gym leader and his mother part of the Pokémon Rangers but they retired to take care of Relnith. His father almost beat the first Pokémon league member's first Pokémon but lost. His mother was a high ranking Pokémon ranger the rank of commander. Relnith's dad thought him how to take care of Pokémon with the help of his Haxorus Dex. Relnith learned a lot from his father for example on to train a Pokémon properly and how to Pokémon battle strategies and how to win. His mother taught him how to take care of Pokémon like what to feed them and how to take care of them if any got sick. Anything else Relnith needed to know he read in books his parents kept lying around. Relnith would spend the rest of his time outside with his friends Jay and Valerie goofing around. The three we inseparable and spent all their time together and it was hard for their parents to separate them.
When the three turned 13 they sadly were separated. Jay went to become a Pokémon Ranger and Valerie wanted to become a gym leader so she left on her own journey leaving Relnith behind. On his 14th birthday Relnith's father had died while visiting a friend in Grandnal City. His father was on his way home when a Team Paradox sneaked up on him and murdered him. People don't know why they attacked him but it's said that the leader himself took care of him and that Relnith's father knew something. This devastated Relnith and his mother, he was suppose to go off on his Pokémon journey to catch up to Valerie but he lost his Pokémon loving spirit and stayed home for awhile.
On his 15th birthday his mom had decided that it was time for Relnith to go on his journey. Reluctant at first Relnith didn't want to go on his journey but his mom talked him into it. He had made a promise to himself, his mom and his dad to become the greatest Pokémon trainer ever and avenge his father's death and figure out why they attacked him. Sometimes Relnith still wants to go back come but he made a promise and he's sticking to it.
