UNDERGROUND
The Kanto Chronicles
Prior knowledge on The World Ends With You is not needed, though it is an advantage. Reading this link and looking through that wiki may help. This is the OOC thread. You can post and view the missions in the IC thread.
The Underground is a chessboard for the Reaper's Game that mirrors Shibuya and tests Players to the limit. It's a dream to create anything you can imagine and an invisible world known only to those who have competed. It's a war ground between the two worlds and a second chance for those who have lost their lives. But is Shibuya the only place with an Underground?
The Pokémon World is also the host to the Reaper's Game, controlled by a Composer and his minions. The rules are one of the same with Shibuya with minor adjustments to suit the needs of the Players, though the main aim of the game is simple; survive the week and you might just get your life back.
There is one catch. To compete in the games, you give up the thing you hold most dear to you; your entry fee. If you get erased, you don't only lose your existence, your entry fee is erased too.

Seven days, seven missions. You can do it, right?
The Rules
Like most games, this one has rules that need to be followed. Breaking or rebelling could mean erasure; your instantaneous death which will result in you being wiped from existence. These rules will be imprinted into your brain before you start so you'll have no excuses.
Complete the mission; At the start of the day, you'll be given a set task to your mobile phone. It could range from getting from A to B to destroying the noise in an area within a certain amount of time. As the week goes on, the challenges get harder. Each mission is set by the week's Game Master. Once the mission is complete, the first team to finish it receive points. You don't have to do the mission; if one team completes it, everyone is off the hook. Be wary though. Only the first team gets the points. If nobody completes it before the time is up, everyone gets erased.
Survive the Noise; Threats of all kind will be thrown your way and part of the game requires you to eliminate all threats. The Reapers seek the strong from the weak and the hunter from the prey. Show them what you're made of and you won't be underestimated. Dying is not an option. Not again.

Simple, yeah? Just do what you're told and you'll be okay. Hopefully.
Who are you?
You are a teenager who has tragically died in some kind of incident, whether it was an accident, suicide, sickness or murder. Lucky for you though, the Composer has decided that you can try again. You've cashed in your entry fee and have been thrust into this parallel world, survival the only thing on your mind. You'll compete in the games for a week and if you win, you get to go back with your Entry Fee. No strings attached.

Terminology
A bunch of terms and phrases which have been imprinted into your head before you started. You'd best well remember them if you mean to win.
Current Pin List:
016 Pidgey - The Tiny Bird Monster. Using this pin blinds the enemies around you with a small dust cloud.
021 Spearow - The Tiny Bird Monster. Using this pin raises your strength and determination in a pinch.
041 Zubat - The Bat Monster. Using this pin sucks health from your enemies and adds a little to your own.
046 Paras - The Mushroom Monster. Using this pin paralyses, poisons or puts your enemies to sleep for a short amount of time.
050 Diglett - The Mole Monster. Using this pin allows you to burrow underground.
074 Geodude - The Rock Monster. Using this pin summons a barrage of rocks to force on your enemies.
081 Magnemite - The Magnet Monster. Using this pin allows you to draw enemies towards you.
092 Gastly - The Gas Monster. Using this pin allows you to pass through solid objects for a short amount of time.
113 Chansey - The Egg Monster. Using this pin heals half of yours and your partner's health. Can only be used once per battle.
115 Kangaskhan - The Parent Monster. Using this pin raises your partner's strength and determination.
293 Whismur - The Whisper Monster. Using this pin turns your melodies into attacks.
479 Rotom - The Plasma Monster. Allows you to use Psychokinesis to take control of or possess inanimate objects.
Spoiler:
Partners; At the start of the week, you'll need to make a pact with another Player. It's a first come, first served basis since without one, you'll be useless. Without one, you can't use psyches, you can't attack and you can't survive. So team up. Team up before you die.
Player Pin; It's an ID that you are in fact a Player in the Reaper's game. You receive one when you arrive to the Underground. Touching it allows you to read the minds of the people on the Realground, as well as see the noise (after you've made a pact), imprint and perhaps to see hidden messages.
Pins & Psyches; This is how you attack. Each player has a different psyche, a different form of defence and offence, though the most common is pins. The pins in this world take the power of Pokémon. There are roughly 151 psyche pins which use the special abilities of each Pokémon of Kanto. You can only have a total of four on you at first, and six as you progress. Pins are activated by touch but once a pin is used, it takes a little time before its power is restored. If pins are your psyche, you'll receive a few when you start but the best way to obtain more is to battle the noise. Pins level up after they earn enough experience and can evolve. Without a pin or a psyche, you're powerless against the Noise.
If you are a unique one and your psyche is something different, you'll need to send me a VM/PM detailing as such. Only those with prior knowledge of The World Ends With You may have a psyche other than pins.
Imprinting; Though the real world can't hear or see you, there is a way to influence them. Using your mobile, you can imprint a word or phrase into a living person's mind. This is sometimes used to complete missions or learn new information. You can only earn phrases though over time and each phrase depends on the mission.
Noise; As soon as you get into the Underground, creatures will attack you. These creatures, with limbs like floating tattoos, are called the noise. They take on the form of familiar animals which is in this case, Pokémon. If you don't team up, they'll become hostile and attack players on sight. Once you have a partner, they'll leave you alone. They're good to train up on though and can be seen and confronted when you press the player pin. Noise also surround and influence people on the RG who have a whole lot of negativity surrounding them. Defeating the noise will release the burden on them.
Reapers; These are the Composer's subordinates, the ones that challenge and try to erase you. They are extremely powerful but have strict rules not to attack the players directly. Instead, they can control Noise and use them to attack you. They are easily recognised by their strange, tattoo wings. Don't mess with them if you don't want to die. There are three different kinds of Reapers; Support, Harriers and Officers. Support Reapers are the lowest ranking Reapers, setting up barriers and challenges to the Game Master's whim. Harriers are Reapers that will cause you the most trouble, acting independently to do their best to erase Players. Officers organise the entire game and are the highest ranking Reapers below the Composer, the Game Master and the Conductor (the Composer's personal assistant). The Reapers need points as well, as their survival depends on the rate that they erase players. Reapers can phase between the Underground and the Realground, their Reaper position acting as a part time job whilst living their normal lives. Players, if they make it to the end of the week, can choose to become a Reaper, but only those with the highest points and the most Imagination.
Underground (or UG); It's where you are now. The Reaper's Game, the noise and all the madness that commences lives here. The normal world is viewable from where you are, though they can't see you. Or hear you. Or touch you. You're like ghost to them. Only when you pass through the doors of a place that has a special decal can the world see you. You can influence the living though, using pins and imprinting.
The Underground is broken into many sections like Kanto is broken into cities and routes. Sometimes these routes and cities are blocked by psychic walls which are held up by Support Reapers. Sometimes they can be removed, sometimes they are permanent for the remainder of the day.
Realground (or RG; It's where you were and trying to get back to. The real world.

The ACTUAL Rules
- Be active. This is probably almost the most important rule. You are required to post as much as you can, even when you have little information as well as posting regularly in the OOC to make it known you're still alive. Because this RP works with partners, you'll need to be active. You need to be active. If you cannot, then don't even bother joining. Nothing gets to me more than a roleplay with half assed members. If you have almost nothing to post about, then post anyway. A good roleplayer can post, no matter what. If you do happen to leave for an amount of time, please, dear god, let us know. If you're away for long enough without notice, me or your partner will take control of your character.
- Godmodding and such is out of the question, unless you have permission of course.
- No flaming or fights. You're all pre-adults, you can learn to get along. Even if that means completely hating on their character in the roleplay, I don't care. Just don't bring it to the OOC.
- Be realistic. Don't have a character that is over powered and a clone but don't have some kind of ghost who doesn't do anything. People react. You're a person, how would you react?
- Keep it at an M level. Read the roleplay rules if you don't know what that means.
- I am Game Master, I am God! What I say goes. As game master, I won't be participating as a Player, but controlling the reapers and determining what pins you win and etc.
- Have fun and stuff. You know, the reason why you do this?

For you, what was your death like? Was it justified? That's if you remember it, of course.
There's a fork in the road, splitting off in several directions; a forest, a swamp, a dirt track, a city and a clear route. Which do you take?
What do you have to go back to? What are you fighting for? Why do you want to live? Why are you even here?
Any last words before you start your week?
