I have a bad habit of slamming my hands down on whatever surface is in front of me, yelling "YES", and then running to do something adrenaline-rushing in the immediate area. Usually it involves something physical.
How? By listening to music that can pump me up, such as metal When? Usually before I workout Why? Makes it easier to workout, and when I'm not preparing for a workout it makes my adrenaline go up
I listen to a certain few songs on my way to work every morning to pump myself up for the day ahead. I'd feel flat if I didn't pump myself up beforehand lol.
