Proposal: 4 Pokémon 1 Link

Name of the event: Under construction, but tentatively "4 Pokemon 1 Link" or something

Description of the event, including running times: I post sets of Pokemon that all have one specific thing in common and participants must accurately guess what the similarity is (ex: Masquerain / Tentacruel / Dustox / Mawile, answer: all of these Pokemon are designed in a way that allows them to lure/scare away prey/predators, respectively, or falsify their appearance). This was a popular game on Serebii a few years back (concept credit to user: Charlie Brown who hosted the game in his infancy on the site) and I think I implemented something similar in Survivor a couple of years ago. If not, well, all the more reason to bring it back as its own standalone. I'd like to do this for July 11th (RSE) through July 13th, releasing a new set of ten every day for a total of three sets, but I don't mind doing it for any other generation if there are higher priority events for those days. It might even be easier to do a different generation lol

I hosted this game on Serebii for ages. It's pretty easy to host and gets some good participation, and I did have an initial worry about the difficulty of the game (when I hosted it I had hints, but there wouldn't be hints in Dave's version) but I think as long as he is smart about the sets it should be fine. I don't see why it should just be restricted to RSE though; I think it would be good to do it for Pokemon from across different gens.

Agreed on the comment with RSE restriction - I don't really get why it's RSE only. Is there some confusion from before? There is no 'x days = one generation' as proposed in the initial GT theme discussion stage; you can host stuff whenever and there's no need for generation or game-specific events when they could be applied to any other game.

I'm fine with this if it's outside of just RSE, maybe with some thought then if you want this for just three days or more.

Yes, I was informed by Jake about that yesterday. Was a bit misleading, thought it worked like the subsection in Daily. -_- (You made the same mistake earlier though. ;p)
