I did this last year and I think I'll be going for the same general idea. Not sure just yet, I'll edit this post when I have a concrete plan. I think I will be tying it to the Kanto region however, specifically the fan theory of the Kanto war. Lots of potential to be explored there. Length would probably be throughout the whole GT, though it is likely to end a few days early due to interest waning.
Other person(s) running the event (you are automatically self-nominated): gimmepie has offered to do some CSS for me, other than that I'll probably be doing this by myself. But if someone wants to hop on board, talk to me and we'll be cool.
Not a proper submission just yet, I have to do some thinking first.
