The events have been really fun in my personal opinion. The rules were fair, attainable, justifiable and all that good stuff.
I do understand the slow activity in the past few event threads mainly since when its the holiday season, and depending on how things work in different parts of the globe, inactivity was sure to follow. But again, me speaking as the active participant in all of the threads, I found them to be very doable.
My only minor critique was that the events in Advent Calendar, many of the challenges were very similar to a previous event thread. "Kill 3 enemies in a video game" or "acquire new loot" was done in a previous event thread that i totally forget (It was Halloween related if i remember) but again, i'm not condemning it whatsoevertrevor.
As for a new event thread for the next year, it would definitely help if it coincides with a new (and popular) release of a video game or something like that.
I'm thinking of a HUEG RPG related EVENT thread to serve as the sister thread for "The Legend of PC: Choose Your Hero" thread that has a lot of mechanics and algorithms related to RPG and gaming in general, but again I'm brainstorming on how it can work without confusing the ones with not-so-hyperactive imaginations.
Also I'm having issues with Secret Santa. Its not financial issues heck no, I'm not the kind of person to ask for money to people who I do not know personally, but it has somethign to do with regional differences. A nice PM/DMchat could work and I could spare the details.
