Indeed I do & can. Well, I guess you're best off learning a song you know really well. What I like to do is take pop songs, like Just Dance (as I've done for a friends birthday) strap a capo on and match chords to the music. Just basic chords. You should take a simple song, learn it well on guitar and then sing along, eventually you'll get the hang of it.

I started playing a year ago, and I actually play and listen to everything..I just don't sing xD technically I can, but I can not sing loud enough and yeah, it just sounds crappy xD

Oh a year? I've been playing 6 so I might underestimate the difficulty XD
Start off with an easy song though, something with like 4 chords, honestly~
