Nope, it's the evolved form of Sneasel. Japanese name is Manyula or something like that. Dunno how it will evolve though.

i think there should be more dark pokemon as there are only about 20 and all the other types have alot more

Its an Absol from an episode I've never seen. I think this episode is called the absolute diaster

its from one of the new series i cant remeber what it was called but the people in a village thought the absol was causing alot of disasters but it was trying to warn them about the deisasters before it happened
