Do you have any 3rd gen RNG'd Pokemon? I mean RNG'd in Ruby, Sapphire, or Emerald?

If this is supposed to be a capture request, you should fill out the breeding request form instead. Porygon aren't captured in the wild. If you want one bred, with all these stats, I can do it, but fill out the breeding request form instead for me please.
