Against non-Uber Legendaries, yes. I've seen Typhlosion take down many-a-Articuno and the like. Although I'd like to think that it would have a good chance against Ubers, I simply cannot say that it would. It is simply outclassed, no matter how cool he is (unless retards are using de 00bers of t3h d00ms).

yes, like everyone else is saying though, it depends on which legendary. i do like how typhlosion can cover it's weaknesses, so it's a pretty stable pokemon. so i do think it can be good against legendaries.
