It even higher than i said... anyone knows whether jolteon's umm "spike" electricity or not... I guess vappy is the safest to touch, flarey to hot and that spike on jolty could hurt too
 
^ No... its lower. You said degrees Celsius the first time. The entry is in Faurenheit...

And 1650 F is equivalent to 898.888889 degrees Celsius.

Because of that i think that the 1600 one is in Celcius. After look it carefully both are in F and the 1600 is it body temp where 3100 is it fire attack (flamethrower/overheat?)

That melts most things. Maybe in the past, smiths used Flareon to help forge iron things....

Why do you think the awesome people at the Pokemon Company chose fire, water, and electric instead of fire, water, and grass for the first eeveelutions? (cause grass, fire, and water ARE the three main types)
 
Because they wanted them to be unique, because if you see, there isn't a grass legend really, so following Zapdos, Moltres and Articuno's trend, they just did the same~

Because they already had the starters as that, and they needed something different to the three elementals.
 
Even though it didn't make a circle like starter (poor flarey for just normal damage to jolty) i think it's better than grass-fire-water. MAybe that time nintendo thought that grass type eevee is bad (no offense to Leafeon) which was proven wrong by fan, they want more eeveelution. Thus making Leafeon on 4rd gen using lvl up at somewhere (haven't play yet).
 
^ I wouldnt say fans wanted more eeveelutions. There are some that were content with the 5. But the grass elemental would have been too much of a repeat of starters types if it had been introduced in 2nd or 3rd gen.
 
Maybe some want and some don't. I would like dragon type to complete Spesial (until 3rd gen) eevee. Because the second had already n pair, day and night (Espy and Umby). Don't know why they didn't addLeafeon and glaceon at hoenn. They could do that at shoal cave and the tall grass between fortree to sadary zone
