Well, then i think "he" could run fast as lightning
 
A he would make more sense because Jolteon is all spikey and has a dog's voice where as vaporeon and flareon are obviously considered as female. ^_^
 
Don't they? O.o I thought they did, and I didn't mean all of them are male, I just meant that they are considered male ^_^ Take chansey for example - would you see a male pokemon dressed like that :|

Yeah, I guess you're right in that aspect.
 
As fast as crobat/aerodactyl flying. But it really depend on location. He couldn't run that fast in gravel, mud, and magma surface IMO
 
How fast do you think Jolty could run?

Eevees are generally Male, 87.5% of them are.
